Soft looking skin, pink pouty lips, small button nose, aqua green eyes, long eyelashes that brush against high rosy cheekbones, and dishevelled hair as soft as silk.
Xiao couldn’t stop staring as the god laying in his bed slowly sits up, eyes fluttering open and a small smile appearing on his lips.
The rays of sunshine come through the small opening of his room, making his lover look ethereal, and he wants to do nothing but worship.
Venti’s shirt was open, revealing his chest and stomach. He was wearing his undergarments which were silk white bubble shorts.
He hears a small sound, he hears an angel speak, a sweet sound that blesses his ears and makes his whole body shiver.
“Xiao.”
Now his heart does one, two, three flips. Fluttering against his chest as he watches venti’s body coming closer and closer to him, his arms extending towards him and his response was almost instant, almost like a reflex.
Xiao extends his arms towards his sleepy lover and waits for the weight of venti’s body and warmth against his own. He feels him lay against his chest, he could feel venti’s breath on his neck and it sent shivers down his body, he feels warm gentle arms wrap around his waist.
“You were staring.” he hears a giggle, and his face feels warm.
He couldn’t stop the small chuckle escaping his throat. He got caught staring and teased about it too, but even so, he found it amusing rather than embarrassing.
“Mm. you just look so beautiful, venti.” he kisses venti’s forehead and gently rubs the small of his back, making the boy in his arms hum in content.
They stay like that for a moment before venti shifts in xiao’s arms as he sits on his lover’s lap facing him, his legs wrapped around the other’s waist and arms around his neck. He stares into xiao’s glowing golden eyes before he leans in to leave a small kiss on his lips.
“I love you.”
His heart suddenly stops for a second, he feels butterflies in his stomach and he feels as if he could fly, as if he is on top of the world. And he was, because he had the most beautiful and ethereal being in his arms.
“I love you more, venti.”
A giggle, then warm lips against his own as venti closes his eyes and cups xiao’s face to bring him closer.
He closes his eyes as well, and melts into the warm kiss, indulges in it and loses himself in the pleasure of kissing his lover.
“I love you more than anything.”
