During her pregnancy, Vinsmoke Sora drank a drug that was supposed to counteract the modifications that her husband had done to their unborn children. The drug only worked for one of the quadruplets, Sanji. Little did the Germa Kingdom know, the drug didn't do all that it was supposed to.
