Summary
Zhou Zishu enters Kexing’s room in search of wine. His own reserves have dried and he doesn’t feel like going out to buy more if he doesn’t have to.
He finds a bottle in a drawer of the bedside table. It’s a smaller bottle than he’s used to for wine but the dragon-like motif on the front promises good things. It does also vaguely smell like alcohol.
Zishu takes a sip. There’s less of a taste of alcohol than he expected but it’s good enough. He downs the rest of the bottle in a few gulps.
The door opens. Kexing grins when he catches sight of Zishu. “Ah-Xu, what a delight-“ Suddenly he stops, eyes on the bottle. “… Ah-Xu, did you drink that?”
