Summary
Dream is an infamous, morally gray vigilante in his city. He's hated amongst the media and civilians alike. While mainstream heroes are praised and celebrated, he's consistently blamed for everything 'wrong' with the city.
However, a new journalist has taken interest in him, and in clearing his bad name.
(Or: Superhero AU, where Dream is a vigilante with several enemies, and George is amused by it)
