   Summary

   The Victory Tour is off and trying to recover from the traumatic beginning in District 11 and Peeta is trying to get Katniss to come out of her shell a bit more and open up so they can both heal from the wounds of the 74th Hunger Games and become a united front against the Capitol.
   This is partially inspired also by the Mockingjay comment from Peeta about "some confusing nights on a train".
