Work Text:
He’d only been thirty minutes late. That shouldn’t have been enough time for trouble to find Rindou. But here he was, completely plastered along the couch of the VIP section. His suit jacket was completely off, sprawled along the floor. The button up shirt slightly left open enough to glimpse his pristine skin and tattoo below, along with the fingers that dared to touch Rindou’s chest. The fact some wench was having her chance at him, under the watchful eye of Sanzu; beyond enraged Ran. If there was one thing he despised the most, it was Sanzu’s terrible habits and how they ended up falling onto everyone around him. While there was trust in a task in Bonten, beyond the direct missions assigned by Mikey himself; Ran refused to trust Sanzu for even a fraction of a minute. That included trusting him with Rindou, his younger brother.
It had taken a full minute to fully comprehend the situation as a whole, truthfully. He’d stayed silent, ignoring the music that still found a way to seep into the VIP room. His hands were snug in his pockets, mainly keeping him from strangling one of Bonten’s members. That said, the moment he saw those feminine hands glide where they shouldn’t have been headed, Ran forced a moment to clear his throat. It didn’t take long for Sanzu’s icy gaze to meet Ran’s; whose expression was livid. Even behind the forced smile, the ray of emotions was immaculate. Of course; the moment Sanzu took notice of him, so did the other two.
The lady crawling along Rindou seemed to give a confused expression, taking a glance toward Sanzu. In short, she practically leaned along Rindou. Her lipstick stained his lips, smeared and a disaster. The clothes she wore were as shameful as most clubs seemed to house. As for her scent; that was a smell even Ran found overbearing. Her perfume was more than desired, sending his nose into a battlefield. It was potent to a terrible extent; as if she had nearly dumped the entire bottles worth all over her garments. Granted; that wasn’t the worst part. The one thing that truly made Ran tick, was the fact Sanzu had allowed such actions to happen.
If there was one thing Sanzu knew, it was that Rindou was not to be claimed. He was not to be tampered with and ultimately used for sexual pleasure by some no life whore. Even if clubbing was to take a break and relax, it didn’t mean he was free game. Ran enjoyed letting Rindou relax and finally take a break, but not alone; for countless reasons. The first was his inability to ration himself. It wasn’t like this was the first time he was hammered and vulnerable to someone unknown. Each time he was smashed, Ran was there. He guarded his brother completely, taking care of him as they went. But at that very moment, he knew another set of hands had touched Rindou. Had dirtied him; and it thoroughly irritated Ran to no end. It vexed him.
“Ran, what’s with that face?” Sanzu had spoken in a monotone sort of way, his gaze almost triggering. The way he partially smirked and teased, as if nothing was wrong. It only made Ran further annoyed. Taking a step forward, those lilac eyes rolled toward Ran. There was a slight gleam as recognition crossed Rindou’s mind, his smile botched and tilted. It only made the female back off slightly as the older Haitani reached for his brother; who reached out toward him.
Pulling him into his hold and supporting the weight that Rindou couldn’t handle himself, he shifted his gaze once more toward the duo still present in the room. If looks could kill; both would have perished. But Ran stilled his anger when he felt Rindou nuzzle against him. It made a slow joy bubble in his stomach as Sanzu dared to speak once more, obviously aware of the danger of any statement Ran decided he despised. “It was all for fun.”
“Whether that’s true or not, I’ll not have someone tarnish him.” There was a silence as Sanzu frowned, his eyes rolling slowly.
“What’s it matter to you anyway? You can’t block his sex life forever!” Those words alone made Ran smile devilishly. He pulled Rindou closer, laying a hand along the back of his head as he narrowed his gaze. It was like a frozen river washed over the room; the whore the only one fearful.
“That’s not for you to worry about. When Rindou comes complaining to you, then bring it up. Until then, what I do for my brother is not your concern. Stop involving him in your shitty habits!”
“Or?” Ran gave a short wink, showing how unenthused he was as he shifted Rindou once more.
“Or I’ll personally sort your bad influence out; and it won’t be pleasant.” Sanzu flattened his lips, rolling his eyes once more as he waved at the comment. He ignored the advice, archiving it into his mind as he stole the attention of the woman before him. It left Ran to scoff, his arms keeping Rindou close as they left the VIP room in silence. In the end, he’d teach Sanzu a lesson by the morning; that was a promise.
The trip home had been a handful to put it simply. Rindou not only refused to stay buckled into the seat, but he kept trying to distract Ran. While he’d normally not be opposed, he didn’t exactly desire to end up in the news for creating a car crash. Not to mention, a crash could and would, injure Rindou without a doubt. With no seatbelt, he’d end up through the windshield. To put things lightly, he was just happy to finally make it home.
Putting the car in park, he climbed from the driver’s side before moving toward Rindou’s seat. By the time he reached the door, Rindou was trying to climb into his backseat, leaving Ran to drag his brother into the cold of the night. It left him whining, though Ran simply paid it no mind. With all the struggling and encounters for the night, he was already in an annoyed state; so he chose the easy option. Lifting his brother, he laid him over his shoulder before kicking the door closed. Without much care, he sauntered toward the house before entering.
There was a warmth that washed over both, Ran the only one to really acknowledge it. He moved through the house, arriving at the bedroom before he tossed Rindou from his hold. He could hear the yelp, watching as his brother bounced along the mattress before falling completely still. His eyes were still hazy, eyelids drooped but energy was still leaking from him. It made Ran sigh, his hand undoing the tie before he heard the faint movements. In no time, he felt a head hit his stomach; lilac eyes dropping to Rindou’s head.
“Rin, what are you doing?” As if on cue, arms wrapped around Ran’s waist, tugging him. It was a slight surprise, leaving him to stumble forward before he caught himself along the mattress, hovering above Rindou. His leg had shifted to steady himself; perched between his brother’s legs as the youngest gave a cheeky smile. Hands still held firmly to Ran, allowing him no room to stand. “Come on, Rin. Let go.”
“No! I don’t want to…” Rindou’s words came out a slight whine. He was always a bit childish when drunk, especially to this extent. But that wasn’t the only thing. He got rather physical when he was in this state. While it never really bothered Ran all that much, he often tried to distance himself. Rindou often became vulnerable and Ran didn’t like the idea of monopolizing off of his brother’s carelessness.
“Rin! Let go and go to bed. You’re beyond intoxicated and not thinking rationally.” Feeling hands shift along his body, Ran felt how fingers inched toward the bottom of his jacket. Nails slightly touched his flesh, leaving him to stifle the slight tremble that nearly rocked his frame. Instead, he tugged Rindou’s arms away, pinning them to the mattress. “I won’t support your desires, not in this state. If you want something, wait till you’re sober!”
Without another word, Ran let go. He raised back to his feet before wandering to the wardrobe and setting down his car keys. Sweeping his hair a bit back, he peered through the mirror, seeing how Rindou sulked. It made him frown, not out of annoyance; but more so for the feeling of slight guilt. He never turned Rindou down; unless it was this current situation, and on most occasions he let it slide. On occasion he would let Rindou’s desires rise to the surface and Ran would pamper him with endless affection; even if his brother didn’t remember it by the morning.
It wasn’t like Ran hated being with his brother. Hardly so, it was just that his idea of affection wasn’t played out while one of the partners was impaired. Having Rindou plastered may offer some interesting moments, but it always made Ran feel awful by the morning. The moment Rindou woke, he’d not remember most of the night and oftentimes, Ran would sugar coat it or play it off. Having to lie stacked and while he tried a few times to be honest about it, there wasn’t a chance for him to do so successfully. Not when he felt like he’d used and practically violated Rindou while he was unable to truly resist if it was desired.
Swiping some clothes from his dresser, he finished removing his tie before hearing the small movements. He was aware who it was, leaving him silent as he felt someone lean against his back. It pressed him against the wardrobe, arms sneaking around Ran’s waist and ultimately settling along his belt. There were lines Ran often drew and Rindou always enjoyed dancing those like fine glass, daring it to break below him.
“Do you hate me? Is that why you’re rejecting me?” The words were briefly slurred, Rindou messing with the buckle before Ran stilled his attempts. He held the other’s hands tightly, looking back through the mirror and meeting Rindou’s eyes. Seeing his cheeky expression. “Come on, Nii-chan. I want company and a good time, so can’t you offer that?”
“Not while you’re in this state. I already said I wouldn’t do anything, so give up. Don’t keep pushing me, Rin.” Even though it was a warning, Rindou completely bypassed it. He snickered, leaning further as he broke free from Ran’s hold, messing with the belt long enough to finally make Ran act. He tore the other’s hands away, spinning on his feet as he faced Rindou, who had taken a step back. Ran’s brow was furrowed, his annoyance painfully obvious. But that didn’t stop Rindou for a second.
As he brushed up against Ran, he didn’t notice his brother’s change in air. Didn’t realize he’d taken the tie from the wardrobe. Not until it was too late. His mind was still hazy and everything was hard to understand as he was forced onto the bed aggressively. By the time it all clicked into place, he was already bound to the headboard by the piece of fabric that once rested along Ran’s neck. Tugging against it, he found it didn’t give room for anything as those lilac eyes met Ran’s with a bitter silence. “Get me out of these! Nii-chan!”
“No! You’re staying there until I come back, got it? I’m going to take a shower, so stay put and behave. Maybe I’ll give into your demands if you’re obedient.” Those words left Rindou silent as he frowned childishly. As Ran picked up his clothes once more, he turned toward the hall before hearing the slight shuffling. It made him glance at Rindou, who was sulking once more. But that wasn’t the hardest part for Ran, it was what he said next. His voice was low and ultimately laced in contempt.
“I hate you…” Ran took in those words, knowing they weren’t true. It was Rindou’s drunk words. Yet it still stung. It made his heart sink briefly as his gaze fell to the floor. He breathed out a long sigh, finding his voice as he finally left the room, not once glancing back.
“Then hate me all you wish…”
Once his shower was done, he lingered a bit within the kitchen. Mostly praying, Rindou had fallen asleep or was finally sobering up. Both were a plus. Finishing the coffee he’d made, Ran placed the cup in the sink before turning off the lights and wandering toward the front door. He locked up before finally directing himself toward the bedroom he and Rindou shared often. Rindou had his own room, but he always preferred being with Ran. It had made him smile the first time they bought the house.
Approaching the bedroom, he glanced in before fully entering. Rindou was turned at an awkward angle, his chest moving evenly. It left Ran believing he was asleep. Lowering the intensity of the light, he tossed the towel elsewhere before wandering toward the bed. He moved the blankets before slipping under them, his gaze once more drifting to Rindou. He considered undoing the binds, but he stilled the thought quickly. Whether Rindou was asleep or not, he wasn’t getting free until morning. Plain and simple.
Letting himself close his eyes, he embraced the silence as the darkness that lingered along his vision swept past him. Embraced his mind and brought him into the comfort of a dream.
By morning, he was only brought to reality when he heard the faint movement. He opened his eyes, expecting to see Rindou or even the room, but all he saw was nothing. Only a pitch darkness that offered a feeling of cloth along his face. It left him oddly startled as he tried to shift his body, finding his arms unable to move and ultimately raised above him. How he’d ended up in this position without waking, it thoroughly confused him. Granted, it wasn’t hard to figure out the culprit.
“Rin? Get me out of these binds.” His words filled the room as a silence was heard, a faint sound of footsteps approaching. He couldn’t see anything, so hearing Rindou’s voice made his skin crawl at the loudness of it all.
“I’m pretty sure I remember saying those words last night. Figured it was only fair to give you payback.” Ran opened his mouth, scoffing.
“How did you even undo them?” The question stayed in the space for a time before Ran felt the bed move briefly. He could hear the breaths of Rindou. Could feel how legs were brushed along his hips and a weight perched on his stomach. It left him aware Rindou was above him, no doubt smiling with victory.
“Easy, I woke up early and worked my way out of them. It’s pretty simple when you’ve been in a tough spot before; given our job on the daily.”
“I had a perfectly good reason for tying your hands up, Rin. So, why is payback needed?” Rindou huffed, shifting his weight as he brought his bottom along Ran’s crotch. It made him suck in a breath, his jaw tensing as he heard the chuckle from his brother.
“It hurt sleeping like that, so I wanted to get you back. There’s no real reason for it; all though, it does leave you open to whatever I want. What do you think, Nii-chan?!” Ran sighed, his tone neutral.
“Your binds are terribly tied.” Those words made Rindou flinch, his gaze falling to the binds as they fell off. It left him startled when Ran rolled his body, tossing Rindou off. He hit the mattress before a frame hovered over him, hands removing the blindfold as an expression of sheer delight was displayed.
“I thought I tied those pretty well!” Ran shrugged, shifting his leg to center it between Rindou’s thighs, just as the previous night.
“You did, but I’m not someone you can triumph. So, what was that about payback?” Rindou frowned, turning his head away. It left his hair sprawled about, his neck slightly exposed. Grinning, Ran closed the distance as he brushed his lips over the space. He could feel Rindou struggle a bit, taken off guard. But he stilled when Ran bit lightly, leaving a mark along his collarbone. Bringing himself back up, he observed Rindou’s expression. Delighted himself in the flustered features.
Giving a faint smile, Ran sighed once more. He straightened his back, glancing briefly out the window before he lingered his gaze once more along Rindou. Took in how the sunlight made him seem to shine, like a flower in midsummer. It was strangely alluring. Dismissing the thought, he brought his words into the silence, attempting to get up. “Hope you’ve learned your lesson!”
As he shifted, he stilled when a hand grabbed his shirt. Tugged back, he caught himself as he hovered over Rindou, who had worked his arms around Ran’s neck. Locked him in place, that grin cunning and laced in an excitement. Even the words were seeping with joy.
“That’s hardly a lesson, Nii-chan. You’ve really got to engrave it into my mind, remember?” Ran felt himself sigh, a smile pulling over his features; his tone low and brought to a whisper beside Rindou’s ear. The warm breath touched his skin and created a coating of dampness.
“Then how about I teach you in the correct manner; since you’ve been patient since last night.”
