"I choose you until the end, Eric."
Juyeon can see Eric frustration on his face. But that expression should be at Juyeon face, not Eric. Because the person who messed up their long relationship is Eric, not Juyeon.
And yet, why is Eric act like Juyeon is the person who starts the mess?
"Juyeon Hyung...."
"But do you ever choose me for once?"
Their ten years relationship is really on the verge. Nope, it was over actually when Eric refused to be honest to Juyeon when he asked it. The reason Juyeon doesn't cut off their relationship as soon as possible is just that of the tiny hope to Eric.
But look like Eric didn't want to give Juyeon what his hoping.
"I know I am wrong." Eric finally breaks down in front of Juyeon. Sees Eric grab his own hair, frustrated. "Please, Hyung, don't hate me too. I can handle it if everyone does that, but I cannot it is was from you."
"What do you expect from me? Accept it as it wasn't a big deal?"
"Hyung...."
"What should I do when someone suddenly stormed my table at lunch and said he pregnant your baby?" Juyeon even questions himself because wasn't throwing a tantrum in this situation. He finally stood up and put his hands at the table. Wasn't care if this act made everyone in this cafe put their attention to them. "Whoever you choose, I will accept it. I am enough with this problem."
Eric stays silent.
Juyeon has already made a decision.
"You always ask the world why nobody chooses you, right?" Juyeon sighed and glanced at his smartwatch. He still has a ten-minute break before continuing the workload in the surgery room. Looking at Eric for the last time, and finally, Juyeon dares to say this, "But do you ever ask this to yourself, Eric? Did you ever choose someone until the end?"
And that's it. It's over.
