“So…, why do you care?”
Nick sat beside Clay, watching his best friend chew on his pencil eraser, looking at him with curiosity. Nick sighed, exasperated, rolling his eyes as Clay softly chuckled.
“I care about it because the guy is mysterious! He had no expression, at all. It was really weird, but hot-” Nick rambled, his voice going slightly louder before Clay shushed him. “I want to get to know him more. I want to dissect him,” Nick whispered, dipping his head low.
Clay wheezed, “that sounds fucking creepy,” before turning back to his work. “We need to get this assignment done before the bell rings.”
