Prompts included "sci-fi au of any kind", and since I aggressively love sci-fi/space opera stuff, I was happily bullied by foolofabookwyrm and my husband to follow my heart on this one. Tealbrigade, I hope you liked it!! 🖤

[Design Notes] Most of this is inspired by Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Simon's flagship is just straight up Yang Wenli's Hyperion, and his uniform is a combo of Yang's plus an original design from mine and my husband's comic on Slipshine, Retrograde. Baz's uniform is a combo of Reinhard's with some Star Wars Galactic Empire vibes. His belt is a take on the Pitch coat of arms ("flames, the moon, three falcons"), except I did one falcon and three moons, because that was easier, lol. The imperial shuttle is also an original design from Retrograde, done by my husband. The docking bay is heavily based on a Star Wars one I found on Google. Simon's office was designed fresh by me. I think that's everything...!
