Sam tossed and turned in his sleep, sweating persistently, grunting and groaning.
Foolish rubbed his eyes as he had been woken up, it was the middle of the night. Ponk had also been woken up.
"It's happening again," Ponk yawned.
"I know," Foolish's eyes got used to the dark.
Sam jumped up on the bed, gasping for air. His first instinct was to run but a tight pair of arms wrapped themselves around him and pulled him closer. He struggled against them.
"Calm down, it's only us." Foolish spoke softly into the other's ear. Keeping his hold against the other. "Your ok, you're safe. It was just a nightmare."
Sam choked on his words as he tried to talk, tear flowing down his face. Foolish quickly and gently hushed him. "i- I" Sam tried to catch his breath but failed.
"Name five things you see, ok?" Foolish continued to speak softly.
Sam took a few deep breaths before talking "T-the covers, your arms, Fin's and Jr's toys on the floor, the stars and Ponk." His breath slowly went back to normal as he smiled at his other lover who had fallen back asleep.
"Mhmm, good job." Foolish started placing small kisses on the back of the other's neck. "You wanna talk about it?"
"Not right now, no." Sam melted into the arms of the other. Foolish loosened his grip on the other.
"Mk, wanna go back to bed?" Foolish yawned a bit.
"Mhm," Sam shook his head yes.
Foolish laid back, pulling the other with him. Foolish continued to kiss the back of Sam's neck as he drifted to sleep. Ponk Moved closer to the others and cuddled with them.
"I love you guys," Sam said quickly, going back to sleep.
