AU for K episoe 8.
...
Maybe he should have allowed Kuroh to come with him. The plan had been for all three of them to be in the back of this truck. However they needed more parts to pull off the plan as well as someone who could keep an eye on SCEPTER4. So he insisted on Kuroh getting what they needed and Neko keeping an eye on the Blue Clan.
As promised he had called the Blue King Reisi Munakata. Only to be surprised when not only did the man agree to his terms but the back of the truck be flung open. Four swords were pointed right at his chest. Instinctively Shiro raised his hands to show that he didn't have any weapons.
A dark haired older boy was the first to enter the truck. He roughly turned Shiro to face the walls of the truck. Both of his arms were roughly pulled behind him and were placed in handcuffs. Something in him felt as if it was being blocked. Something that had always been there but only unconsciously recognized. It left Shiro feeling dazed and empty.
Once his hands were secured the dark haired boy pushed him out of the truck. At first he was blinded by the sun this allowed him to be guided to a SCEPTER4 vehicle. By the time he realized it, it was too late for him to struggle. He was pushed into the back of truck and was followed by the dark haired boy and one other blue clansman.
It took them twenty minutes to reach the stronghold of SCEPTER4. The two blue clansman refused to say a word to him. The dark haired one seemed to hold an icy hatred for him. A hatred that Shiro didn't quite understand.
When they arrived he was shoved a little more forcefully than was necessary. He was led into a mansion like building. Shiro felt as if he had seen it before but that didn't make any sense. He was a high school student. There was no way he could know this building.
Yet his feet took him straight up the steps and inside. Instinctively his feet took him without prompting towards the elevators. Next to him the clansmen seemed to be put off by it. They were straight for a large office.
Inside he saw the Fourth King sitting at his desk and beside him standing to the right of the desk was his lieutenant. Shiro swallowed remembering their previous encounter the night before. He was shoved forward by the dark haired boy until he was standing in front of the desk.
Munakata said to the others, "You all are dismissed. Miss Awashima please ensure that everyone is prepared for the operation this evening."
"Sir!"
Awashima hesitated at the doorway for a moment. Shiro could feel her eyes trail over to him considering him and the threat he may possess. Alone he knew that he wasn't a threat to the man before him. If he had Kuroh or Neko with him then maybe he could get away.
Shiro watched as Munakata shook his head ever so slightly. Then he felt and heard the woman leave. Finally the man's eyes returned to him. It felt as if Munakata was peering into his very soul.
Then the man spoke his voice taking on a faint amusement, "So we finally meet face to face, Yashiro Isana. Now let us speak about what you know."
Softly he said, "Call me, Shiro. Yashiro makes me feel old."
Surprise flashed momentarily across the man's face before it went impassive again. Then Munakata said, "Shiro then. Now tell me what you know about the man in the airship and why you beleive he has something to do with Tatara Totsuka's murder."
Shiro open and closed his mouth uncertainly. Munakata laced his fingers in front of him watching Shiro. The man seemed to be following through on his end of their deal. Even if he had sent his men after Shiro. He felt obligated to tell the man what he knew. So he did.
As he explained from the beginning Munakata didn't say a word. He listened with an unreadable expression. No questions were asked either. Just endless staring right up until he finished.
Finally he stood and moved around the desk to stand in front of Shiro. When he reached a hand out on instinct the boy flinched. An unknown emotion crossed Reisi's face before he touched the cuffs. There was a soft flash of blue and the cuffs released. The feeling of loss was gone and unbeknownst to him he glowed a soft silver.
Munakata said his eyes wide now with surprise, "Well, well, well. I expected many things but that was not one of them. Adolf K. Weissman."
