Carol’s not sure why she hates Rachel so much, until she realises that Rachel is so completely comfortable teasing Joe that she feels like she might lose her chance to ask her over for an evening, alone together.
After they finally do get together, Rachel’s teasing is more flirtatious, softly loving and sweet at the same time. Carol sighs as she moves to join her, settling into Rachel’s lap with a sigh of light irritation.
“You know if you keep teasing me I may just pin you to the wall one day…”
Rachel’s smirk is nearly instant, even as she leans up to kiss Carol lightly.
“Mmm, I look forward to it.”
