Levi takes a deep breath, counting down from ten. “You know damn well I’m not stepping a foot into your home, Erwin. Not where you keep your little perfect family. And what about Zeke, hm? Are you seriously going to defend that man if he kills his own kid?”

He thinks of how pathetic Zeke looks right now, how hurt he is– emotionally not just physically. Hot tears fall from his eyes.
