Summary

The full moon bled its illuminating light upon an old broken-down warehouse; meanwhile, the blood glistened equally as brilliant, shrouding the old building in a beautiful scene of red. Screams shattered the air as bodies were ripped apart, guns fired, and glass destroyed. Corpses and the coppery scent of blood filled the building as a single silhouette stood among the chaos, surrounded.
A dangerous ability user has returned to Yokohama and the Port Mafia's enemies have suddenly been dropping like flies, always left in a scene of red. The ADA is tasked to figure out who is responsible and Dazai believes this is a ability user some how related to the Port Mafia, which is strange because Dazai knows all the ability users in the Port Mafia but it seems he missed someone, or they were hidden from him. A secret is revealed to Dazai and the ADA learns about his past. Meanwhile Mori acquires a new pawn for himself and plans of putting it in good use to convince Dazai to rejoin the Port Mafia and return to his side.
