Chapter Text
It was funny actually. If you were to change Remus into a girl. He would probably just turn into Lily Evans. (Ok maybe some appearance differences but still). Their personalities were so similar that when Remus came to Lily having an identity crisis, he shouldn’t have been surprised she was going through the same ‘what if I like boys and girls.’
That was last year. Now the marauders are in their 6th year and Remus is more than certain on his sexuality. His mother knew, Hope Lupin being the absolute angel she is. I mean the woman walks down the streets of his small village looking for animals to help, and the way she looks after the animals on their farm. My my, if that wasn’t a angel sent from heaven, you’ll never meet one.
He didn’t tell his father until… we’ll he didn’t tell his father. He just knew. There they were sitting at dinner one night during the summer holidays, when his dad asks, ‘any boy or girl caught your eye at school Remus?’ After a night full of hugs and tears, Remus was sure he had never felt so safe anywhere as he had been there. Sure he loves his friends and knows they would die for him, but let’s be honest, their isn’t many accepting people in the 70’s. Nevermind about bisexuality, everyone thought that it was some stupid phase that people go through when they’re lonely.
Ok yes, he may be lonely when it comes to romance but in no way at all was he confused. The other marauders all call him the ‘casanova of Gryffindor tower’ but that was a joke. I mean come on, he was a skinny boy with scars who lives on a farm in the middle of nowhere. Not to mention, he was a werewolf, poor, and welsh so people don’t even understand what he’s saying half the time.
Apart from Sirius… how that boy does it he doesn’t know, maybe because he’s half french, but anytime someone asks Remus to repeat something, Sirius is always there before he can even reply.
Now onto his problem. A huge huge problem.
Sirius Black got even hotter over summer.
