She was drenched in rain. Sitting outside Helion’s house on the curb. She curled her knees into her even more. A car pulled up in front of her but she didn’t have the energy to look up. So what if she got kidnapped. It wouldn’t be the worst thing that happened to her. How the hell would she face Azriel after what happened in there.Heels clicked to a stop in front of her and then the rain stopped. Well it didn’t stop falling around her. But her head was no longer assaulted by the vicious rain drops. She looked up, silver eyes glared into hers, a transparent umbrella covering them both as her ex-best friend said,
“Get up Gwyn.”
