Jace gave him a superior look. “It’s always best to be prepared.”
“That’s why I carry condoms, not freaking ninja stars!”
Someone is murdering Downworlder children, the Clave's Inquisitor wants Jace stripped of his runes, and the Spiral Court of the warlocks is descending on New York. But Simon has bigger problems. A month ago he opened the Pandora's box in his soul to save Jace's life; now it won't close, and the darkness he set free is starting to take him over.
