Summary
When wrapping up a hunt Dean has unknown injuries that almost kill him. After healing him Castiel is forced to evaluate his relationship with the hunter and how he really feels about him.
On their next hunt Castiel almost dies, leading to Dean's own realisations that what others have been trying to tell him for a while might just be true.
