“I am trying to help you, Kate.” Anthony stepped into her line of vision, forcing her to look at him. “Has anything traumatic happened to you recently?”
“Like what?” she spat.
“Like…” Anthony winced. “Like dying?”
Kate’s eyes widen, her head rearing back. “Do you know how ridiculous you sound?” She stepped aside, away from him. But Anthony followed, the two dancing in an awkward circle until she was forced to walk backward. “Asking me if I died! I am standing right here, right in front of you! Do I look like someone who is dead?”
“Kind of. Yeah.” Anthony nodded to her current state.
Kate stood right in the middle of her couch.

When a horse-riding accident lands Kate Sharma in a coma, she finds herself in an interesting plane of existence, caught somewhere in-between with no sure way of how to get back to where she belongs.
