Esposito had thought it would be easier to focus on work now he and Ryan had finally started dating. God, he was wrong.
They had only started seeing each other a couple of days ago. They hadn’t told anyone yet, just trying to enjoy each other as long as possible without their friends interfering.
It had been a calm day with a lot of paperwork up till now and Ryan had decided to work out so he would be able to concentrate better. That’s why - when they’d received a call that there’d been a homicide - Ryan stood in front of him in a tank top and shorts.
Esposito let his eyes wander over Ryan’s body. Ryan was breathing heavily, the outlines of his chest clear with every breathing-in. Sweat was dripping from his forehead and along his muscled arms. Esposito swallowed hard when Ryan lifted up his arm so he could go through his own hair, his muscles flexing in the process.
Esposito had to stop every fiber in his body from pinning Ryan against the wall then and there to lick his entire body and watch Ryan squirm, breathing heavily from other things than a workout.
Suddenly Ryan’s eyes met his and he grinned. Ryan let his tongue slide over his lower lip before taking it between his teeth.
Esposito was fucked.
“Earth to Esposito.” Beckett suddenly said, bringing Esposito back to reality.
“Sorry?”
“Have you heard even a single thing I just said?” Beckett asked with a raised eyebrow.
“Uhm, murder?” Esposito asked. Castle laughed and Beckett shook her head.
“Focus now, okay?”
Esposito nodded. “I’m sorry”.
He didn’t realize Ryan had moved until he stood next to him.
“I’ll take care of you tonight so good.” Ryan whispered in his ear and Esposito could just withhold a whimper.
This was going to be a very long day.
