After getting married, Ganyu and Keqing went on honeymoon to Inazuma. But unfortunately, when they went to the shrine at the peak of Mt. Yougou to sightseeing and pray, they saw Guuji Yae the head of the shrine standing in front of the sacred sakura, and from that on, what should be their honeymoon turn into work.
Although their honeymoon turned into work stuff, after coming back to their home, they cuddle and do their favorite “workout” like an animal in heat.
And today marks 8 months since Ganyu tells Keqing she’s pregnant. As everyone knows how stubborn and workaholic Ganyu is, although her belly is big and can’t do much from it, she still went to Yuehai Pavilion to do her paperwork and attend a meeting. Of course, Keqing already told her many times to rest at home but Ganyu always said that it’s still too early to take maternity leave. So today no matter what happened Keqing resolved herself to persuade her
When they want to leave for work, Keqing holds Ganyu from the back and said “Ganyu, can’t you please hear me just this once?”
“Qing, if it’s about maternity leave, I can’t take it right now. They need me.”
While stroking Ganyu’s belly, Keqing said “But you’re already in your 8th month. What if something happens to her? I have always respected your decision to work like always but I think it’s enough. So please?”
Actually, Ganyu already thinking about taking maternity leave but no matter what, she always got worried about her work and other secretaries. Besides that, she thinks that she will become more emotional if she didn’t have anything to do.
After thinking for a while, Ganyu finally speaks her mind “It’s lonely...” after composing herself, she continued “I’m scared if I take my leave, I will trouble everyone like that time. And I don’t want to be alone. I’m just afraid that if something bad happens to me and then it will hurt our child. Like what if…”
Before Ganyu can continue, Keqing hugs her tightly and said “Don’t worry Yu, I never said that I will leave you alone. I will take leave too.” said Keqing trying to reassure her wife. And then with a low voice, she continues ” But maybe I will bring some of my paper homes…”
Can’t believe what she hears, Ganyu asks her again “You will take a leave?”
“Yes, I know it seems weird coming from me but it can’t be helped. You’re more important than anything.” and then Keqing kiss Ganyu’s horn gently
“If you say so….”
“So does it mean you will take a leave?”
“Yes. But, I want you to bring my paper too if you bring yours.” Said Ganyu with her meaningful smile.
Knowing her wife’s personality, Keqing knows it’s Ganyu’s way to tell her she must take a rest too. So she just sigh and said “I will try not to bring anything then…”
After that, Keqing goes to Yuehai Pavilion to inform Ningguang about their leave. And at the other hand, while waiting for Keqing to come back, Ganyu goes to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.
At night, when Keqing wants to lay on the bed, Ganyu stops her and said “Qing I want to eat pizza…”
Hearing this Keqing stared at her in disbelief “Umm…Are you sure you want to eat that? it has cheese on top right? Beside why did you want something you never eat before?” said Keqing half panicked trying to change Ganyu’s mind
Either she didn’t see Keqing’s pleading face or what, Ganyu think carefully and said “Do you remember when we went on our honeymoon to Inazuma? and that time when you order pizza at kiminami restaurant? I want to know how does it taste since then because it smells so good. But it has cheese on top” with a serious face.
“Do you want it right now?” ask Keqing once more time
“Yes, please” said Ganyu with her puppy eyes
When Keqing see Ganyu do that, she cursed herself and then she said “Then I will go for a while to ask Xiangling”
But when she turns her back to go out, Ganyu stop her “I want you to make it for me”
And then once again Keqing stares at her in disbelief. “Yu, you know right it’s not Liyue’s dish. It’s impossible for me to make it.”
“Is that so….” Said Ganyu disappointed
Seeing Ganyu like that makes Keqing feels bad so she walks to Ganyu’s side trying to negotiate with her “I don’t know if I can make pizza but I can try with my imagination to make it from Liyue’s cuisine recipes book. But don’t get your hope too high”
Hearing Keqing wants to try to make it for her makes Ganyu really happy “Thankyou Qing, you’re the best” said Ganyu while kissing her wife’s cheeks
“I know” said Keqing while sighing in defeated
After that, Keqing went to her bookshelf to search dish that was similar to pizza. After reading the entire book, she decides that the most resemblant to pizza she can find in the book is mora meat. So after imagining what kind of ingredients need to be removed and remade from the original recipes, she starts preparing the ingredients and starts making them.
2 hours after that, finally, Keqing finished her homemade pizza. Although you can’t exactly say it’s pizza without cheese. But because Ganyu can’t eat cheese, Keqing uses tomato sauce as a replacement, and for toping, she uses cabbage, mushrooms, and her wife’s favorite plant, qingxin.
Seeing her messy kitchen for the last time, Keqing sighed again and think that the first thing she will do tomorrow is clean the kitchen before Ganyu woke up and clean it for her. After that, she went to their room and knocked on the door, Keqing hesitantly brings the pizza and Ganyu welcomes her with eyes full of expectation. “So did you finish making it?” said Ganyu while she tried to sit
“You can say it like that. But can you give me the honor to taste it first? You know I don’t want to accidentally poison my wife and kid”
“Silly you. Of course, no. I request for you to make it for me so I must take responsibility”
Hearing Ganyu say something ambiguous like that makes Keqing think weird stuff “ Ganyu you make it sound lewd…”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about. But more importantly, could you give me that thing now?” Ganyu continuing her ambiguous sentence
“B-but…” unable to think clearly, Keqing can’t say anything besides that. And in her mind, she’s trying to compose and give herself a little pep talk like ‘she’s pregnant you dumb! You can’t do it! Besides she just teasing me no other mean behind it!’
While Keqing fights with her inner self, Ganyu already takes a bit of the pizza “I don’t know if it’s what pizza tastes like but I think it’s good?”
Hearing Ganyu’s opinion about the pizza snaped Keqing to reality and then she observe Ganyu, trying to find any discomfort or anything else that may be Ganyu hiding from her. “Yu, you don’t need to say it’s good if it isn’t. Here, drink water to wash it over”
“Don’t worry Qing, It’s good. Here try it.” said Ganyu while shoving the slice of pizza.
After munching for a while, finally, Keqing says her opinion about the pizza “I don’t think pizza should taste sweet like this…” said Keqing while thinking where did she do it wrong. “the pizza I ate at that time was saltier? Is it because of the cheese? I don’t know how should I explain it but one thing I know is the bread is more crispy than this. Rather than pizza, it’s more like vegetarian mora meat without the top bread…” without her realizing it, she frowned while seeing the pizza.
Seeing Keqing think hardly over the pizza makes Ganyu chuckle at how diligent she is over the small thing “Qing, bad habit” said Ganyu while gently stroking her eyebrow
Being told like that make Keqing blush. Embarrassed by her habit to frown when thinking too hard “Sorry, it’s pretty hard not to do that”
Ganyu just smiles when she sees Keqing got embarrassed like that. It makes her think that no matter how long they’re together, some parts of them are still the same.
“Let’s just finish our pizza so we can cuddle more”
“Sure”
