   Summary

   Carl shows up at the Sanctuary to find that Negan has succumbed to the plague and returns the favor as knight in shining cough syrup, only he ends up being more than that when certain members of the Sanctuary try to take advantage of a down and out Negan. Murder plots are foiled. Carls kind of a cheeky bastard in this one.
