Mordecai and his friends are just barely recovering from the onslaught of attacks from the Saviors before they all work together to get ready for an upcoming conflict. Negan believes that he has them under his thumb, but seeds of rebellion soon begin, between Mordecai and the others in Alexandria hiding the right supplies, Beth and Maggie garnering allies at Hilltop, the discovery of a new place known as the Kingdom, Tara's return and her eventual news of a place known as Oceanside, and potential allies in a group in a junkyard. The survivors all band together and begin pooling their resources as they work on taking down Negan and his tyranny, even knowing there's a chance they won't all make it through this...

The kid is sitting almost casually. Boots together, knees bent up and out, elbows resting on them with his hands dangling in between his legs covered in dried blood.

Negan had always considered himself as an alpha prime i.e., all the other alphas are shit in comparison to him. He takes care of all the omegas in the way he thinks is right and well, gives no flying fuck of any other person's opinions. As an alpha, he considers taking and not giving back is exactly what makes a leader and makes it his primary principle. But karma has a way to take things for a turn and Negan is in for a nice treat.
