   Summary

   Carlos thought it was a trick of the light the first time he met Cecil. The second through fourth time he desperately hoped it was a trick of the light. It wasn't until their fifth meeting, as they sat across from each other at Big Rico's Pizza with Cecil talking and gesturing about how just awful Desert Bluffs was, that Carlos could no longer subdue the horrible fact that Cecil had no eyes.
