   Summary

   Mike was a shitty person, but he loved Kara. Right?

   Kara feels nothing and everything at the same time. It is all too much and also somehow, not enough.

   Cue Lena Luthor, the queen of (unhealthily) packing her feelings away into tiny itty bitty boxes and her willingness to help unpack others while accepting that she has to open her own too.

   Or,

   Lena meets Kara after a traumatising event leaves her spiralling. Lena is dealing with her own life's confrontations but is determined to bring Kara back from the dark and into the sun and allow them the healing they both need for their souls to bloom.

   TW: Abuse in the first chapter and then only referenced again after that. Completely understand if you do not want to read.
