Work Text:

the whole house being under quarantine wasn't so bad, expressly since they were allowed to spread out threw their little safe space, and not have to be cramped all together in the basement, and honestly, this day was going grate, Zolf was in the kitchen, wild was doing his normal paperwork. everything was great. until there was an explosion.

both Zolf and Wild found their way to the source of the loud noise and threw open the door ready to fight only to find, Cel, and Sasha, near screeching in delight, faces covered in sot and hair blonde back, "That was so cool, How'd you get it to be blue?" Sasha asked looking up at Cel who is excitedly bouncing on their toes,

"oh well, you see it's ac-" oscar interrupted what definitely would have been a long rant with a small polite coffee, pulling both's attention away from each other and onto the two in the doorway.

"what's going on in 'ere?" Zolf asked looking between the two of them. the rare smile on Sasha's face dropped a little, almost like she was worried about being in trouble, Cel was the one to cancer, their face never dropping their wide excited smile.

"oh, hay Mr. smith, Mr. Wilde, I was just showing Sasha here how to make some bombs, they showed a real interest in my prosses after we got back from Shoin's, so we decided to make some together, then go got talking about other things and," cel stoped when Zolf put his hand up, stoping them from going on a long tangent about something he really knew nothing about.

Wilde leaned over to him and quietly asked, "I thought, Sasha already knew how to make bombs?"

"I-I do, but they got like a lot more than I do, A-and they made one blow up blue!" Sasha said, the excitement leaking back into Sashas voice as she tried to explain. it was honestly adorable, neither of the men thought they'd ever seen Sasha as existed as she was about the colourful bomb, Wilde let out a little half chuckle, and Zolf sighed.

"just don't blow up the inn." he said before turning and preparing to leave. half dragging Wilde with him.
