Chapter Text
“And today, the city welcomes Emperor Aleister, ruler of Malacuria, and his daughter, Princess Mallory. The emperor is here to sell the mining rights to a vast, newly discovered deposit of Lydium 90 in his native Malacuria.” was what the TV was playing in the science lab of Oyster Bay High as its students were watching. Some of the more intelligent students were in awe over the news. Three of the female students, a brunette, a ginger, and a blonde are really mutants in disguise. However, only a handful of their human friends know this fact. “Hard to believe that the emperor of Malacuria is doing this.” the blonde whispered in excitement. The brunette simply gave a smirk; the less people knew about her personal connections to the Malacurian royal family, the better. The ginger noticed the smirk and grinned; also glad for the arrangement coming through.
Elsewhere, in Eastman High
“Harder than diamond, more beautiful than gold, Lydium 90 just may be the most valuable element on Earth. This is Shelia Gonzalez, Channel 6 news.” the report concluded in the science lab of Eastman High. The science teacher turned off the TV. “This is the biggest achievement in scientific history, class. And to think that the Malacurian emperor himself agreed to this arrangement...” the teacher began speaking. Two of the students, a redhead and a raven head were paying attention to his lecture. The redhead was taking notes while the raven head adjusted her glasses, looking bored. “Prof. Perry is such a drag.” the raven head groaned under her breath while the redhead rolled her green eyes. “At least he knows what he’s talking about, Irma.” she said, remembering their science teacher from their previous year. Irma Langenstein had to give her friend credit for that.
That science teacher had no business teaching high schoolers anything.
Just then, the bell rang, signaling the end of the period. “Don’t forget your assignments on what elements of the Earth are and aren’t usable in machinery is due tomorrow.” Prof. Jordan Perry said as the students walked out of the school lab. As Irma and her friend begin to get their backpacks out of their lockers, a male voice said, “Yo, Ape!” April O’Neil turned around and saw an older lightly tan teen boy with long, straight, black hair worn in a low ponytail, baby blue eyes, and wearing simple punkish clothes and a purple baseball cap worn backwards looking at her with a warm smile. A dark blue and red flame decorated skateboard tucked under his left arm while a gecko sat nested on his right shoulder. “Hi Jace.” April greeted with a small smile and wave. Irma just about fainted at the sight of the boy. Jason ‘Jace’ Hernandez is one of the ‘rebels’ of the school who happens to be gifted in music and skateboarding.
And single, despite a lot of girls crushing on him.
“I just wanna say thanks for helping me out of that jam with Teach earlier. I was pretty sure that my goose in the skateboarding club was cooked. And of course, Tia would have my ass if she saw how bad my grades were.” Jace said, stroking his gecko’s head. To which the gecko barely reacted. “No problem. Maybe now you’ll study next time.” April giggled, putting her backpack on her back. She liked him; he reminded her of Mikey if he was human. Before any more could be said, a sugary sweet voice cooed, “Ooh, Jason darling...” All three teens cringed at the sound of the voice. Jace’s pet gecko then crawled back into his cage. “Speak of the devil and she shall come.” Irma spat in a sarcastic tone. Just then, a strawberry blonde with teal green eyes and wearing an outfit with a miniskirt walked up to the trio.
“What’s up, Harvey?”
“I was wondering if you were planning on going to the Malacurian celebratory ball tonight and if I can be your date.”
Irma made gagging noises behind her back while April felt her left eye twitch. Shannon Harvey is the queen bee of Eastman High and is a spoiled brat. She also has the biggest crush on Jace and worshipped the ground that he walked on. To which it bothered him more than not since he didn’t like the attention she gave him. “Harvey, I’ve told you once and I’ll tell you again: I’m not interested in you that way. You’re not my type. Plus, Lars doesn’t like you.” Jace replied, rubbing his forehead. Shannon felt her smile dropping before it became a cold look, sending glares at April and Irma.
To which Irma returned with a glare of her own. “Anyway, I gotta go. Tia and Tio want me home early.” he said, heading to the front door. Jace then got on his skateboard and skated off for home. The two girls soon follow him. Soon afterwards, the school was almost empty and she was the only one left. The strawberry blonde then punched a nearby locker. “Why can’t that idiot see that he’s mine and no one else but me can have him?! Arg, it’s bad enough watching those two wrenches get cozy with him, but the thought of my Jacey-poo in the arms of another bitch sickens me!” Shannon spat, breathing heavily.
But then, she got an awful idea. “Time to see if my older brother can help me out...” she mused, pulling out a cellphone. Those two wrenches will be sorry.
The James Mansion
“Mom, Daddy, I’m home!” Christie said, turning off her disguise device, revealing her true mutant turtle form. Just then, an older raven haired woman with green eyes came out in a white robe. Looking like she just got out of a bath. “Christina, welcome home, darling! Did you see the news?” she asked, grabbing her daughter in a hug. “Of course I did, Mom. But why are you...?” Christie started asking before her mother hushed her. “Your father’s getting ready for the ball tonight and so am I, along with your brothers and sister. Surely, you’re not going to the ball looking like that, are you?” Risa asked, showing her daughter the invitation. The mutant kunoichi opened her mouth to answer, only to snap it shut. One of the downfalls of being close friends with royalty. “Come on, darling, into the bath with you.” she added, Christie deciding to just do what her mother asks her to. The ninja business can wait.
The Foot Clan headquarters, at the same time
A young woman with short blonde hair and blue eyes wearing a feminine version of the Foot Ninja uniform came in the conference hall where she sat next to another woman with short black hair and amber brown eyes. Taking notice of a few other presences in the room, human and non-human alike. “Ah, Jennika, Karai, welcome my best kunoichi. I hope that you both bring me some good news.” an older man in armor with a pair of blades on his hands greeted, sitting in the chair at the end of the conference table. “Master Shredder, my sister and I discovered this during Mrs. Gonzalez’s news report.” Karai stated, siding a glass case down to Shredder. Exanimating it for a minute, the armored man then passed the case along to a brain-looking alien. “Krang, care to do the honors?” Shredder asked the alien to explain it. “This mineral here is Lydium 90, a very valuable and powerful source of energy. Even the smallest fragment can power my Technodrome for years.” Krang answered.
“Master, just say the word and Karai and I will go after whoever holds the Lydium 90.”
“Jenny!”
Karai would’ve given her younger sister the riot act if it wasn’t for Shredder speaking, “I admire your enthusiasm, Jennika, but if the mineral’s that valuable, it will be heavily guarded. How do you suppose we will get it?” Jenny opened her mouth to speak, only to snap it shut. Her master has a point. Especially if it’s in the hands of a royal family. “Leave it to me, Master. I’ll think of something.” Karai spoke after a few minutes of silence. The meeting was adjourned after that and sure enough, the raven head tugged on the blonde’s ear. “Think before you speak next time, little sister!” she spat before letting go. Jenny rubbed her sore ear before following her older sister. That could’ve gone worse...
The turtles’ lair, a couple of hours later
An older mutant rat circled his children with a stern look on his face. The six turtle mutants, five boys and one girl, were looking rather nervous. Only two of the turtle mutants have black hair and wore clothes. “I will ask you again. Who ate my tekamaki? I might consider forgiving you if you confess.” the rat asked. Circling his children once more. Just then, the male mutant turtle in silver and crimson clothes, finally broke down and confessed, “Alright, Dad, it was me! I ate your tuna rolls! Mikey and the others are innocent!” Tears were coming out of his hazel eyes, to which Mikey patted his older brother’s back. “There, there, Kenn. You’re taking it like a true champ.” he said. Splinter then went over to his oldest son and then, whacked him on the head with his stick. “Next time, you need to ask me, Kenshin!” he said. Kenn nodded while rubbing his sore head.
“Hi guys.”
Everyone turned their heads and the guys’ eyes just about popped outta their heads. Lotus, on the other hand, rolled her gray eyes and muttered, “Men.” under her breath. Not only were the James cousins decked out in formal attire, but so were Crystal, April, and Irma. Christie’s brown hair was in a bun and she was wearing a teal and sliver spaghetti strapped dress and sliver dress sandals. May, on the other hand, wore her ginger hair up in a high ponytail and was wearing a magenta mermaid styled dress and white dress sandals. Crystal’s purple hair was put in a braided bun and was wearing a coral orange dress and light orange heels. The dress had a hole that fitted her tail. April and Irma, on the other hand, wore yellow and periwinkle dresses with white and black heels respectfully. While April wore red lipstick and some light yellow eye shadow and her red hair was styled nicely and worn loose, Irma wore dark magenta lipstick and light purple eye shadow and her black hair is worn in a half ponytail.
In other words, they looked gorgeous.
Kenn let out a wolf whistle while Donnie’s face turned bright red. “W-Wow, April, y-you l-look s-so...b-beautiful...” the genius turtle stuttered before fainting. May rolled her aqua blue eyes out of jealousy. Of course, he’d focus on her first. “You girls look lovely.” Leo said after clearing his throat. Christie blushed while giggling. “Yeah, you’re totally amazing. Especially you, Crystal.” Mikey winked. “Amazing?! More like hot, bodacious babes! Meow!” Kenn howled before Lotus smacked the back of his head. “Horny idiots.” she muttered once more. “Y-Yeah, you girls clean up real good.” Raph added, turning his head away so no one saw him blushing like an idiot. “You girls make this ancient rodent feel young again. Especially you Christina and Mayumi. Your mothers should be proud of you.” Splinter said warmly.
“Aw, thanks guys. You’re all just a bunch of big green sweeties, and you’re the nicest rodent we know.”
“Still, what’s up with the fancy getup?”
Christie then pulled out an invitation and showed it to Lotus. “As you know, Miwa, the Malacurian royal family hosts a celebratory ball for every official business deal ending well or close enough to where a war won’t break out. Thanks to our family connections, May, Crystal, and I are honorary guests. The ball is formal attire only.” the mutant kunoichi answered. “As for me and April, our moms are journalists and they’re covering the ball along with Shelia Gonzalez. Still, I hope that we snatch some cute boys.” Irma added. Lotus rolled her gray eyes once more. “So yeah, we won’t be on patrol because of that. So, we’ll see you later.” Christie waved, giving Leo a flirty wink. Just as the rest of the girls were walking out, Donnie came to, muttering, “W-What happened?” Lotus went over to him and helped him up. “I think we should keep an eye on them.” Leo stated.
“Better yet, two.”
“Mondo notion, dude.”
“Hell yeah, we’re keeping a close eye on those hot babes! I’m not letting you bros have all the fun!”
“I’m coming too, guys. Besides, somebody’s gotta keep you horn bags under control!”
“Well, what are we waiting for? Let’s go!”
The turtles then leave for the streets, the boys trying to get out all at once. “Watch my shell, buddy!” Raph snarled. Kenn would’ve snapped if it wasn’t for him catching his sister getting impatient. Soon, all of the boys managed to get out of the lair without too much trouble between them. “You idiots.” Lotus muttered as she followed her brothers. Splinter shook his head and sighed. They’ll learn, those boys of his.
The Malacurian Embassy
A teenage girl with long, straight, red hair worn in a half ponytail and green eyes and wearing a light purple dress suit and matching heels stood before an older man. Hoping that he’ll say yes to her question. “Father, since we’re going to be spending a few days here, can we go and see the city?” she asked in an exotic accent. The emperor sighed before answering, “Oh, I suppose so, Mallory. However, we’ll go tomorrow and take a couple of guards. You’re the princess of Malacuria and the future of our kingdom. Now please prepare for the ball tonight.” Unknown to the royal family, Jenny was spying on them and was shocked by her discovery. Princess Mallory of Malacuria looks a lot like April. “Yes, of course. Thank you, Father.” Mallory smiled, turning to go. Emperor Aleister sighed before looking at a picture of him and his late wife.
If only Queen Elaine can see their daughter now...
Jenny stepped outside of the embassy and met up with Karai, Rocksteady, and Bebop. “Heh, heh. This is a real great plan, Karai.” Bebop said, snorting in the end. “Oh yeah, I love this plan. Huh, what was it again?” Rocksteady asked, the blonde facepalming. If it wasn’t for her master insisting on using these two muscle-headed fools, she and her sister would’ve just taken their best elites for this mission. “I’ll explain it again so you simpletons get it: we kidnap Princess Mallory and ransom her for the Lydium 90. Once we get what we want, then we’ll let her go unharmed and alive.” Karai answered. “Unfortunately, the princess looks a lot like the turtles’ blasted friend, April, so we must make sure we don’t grab the wrong girl.” Jenny added, the two mutants nodded in understanding.
“How do we sneak in the party, though?”
“Simple: you two will use these.”
Karai pulled out two devices that looked like fancy cufflinks from a pouch. Much to the confusion of the rest of her team. “Krang calls them holographic cloaking buttons. With these, you’ll appear as your former human selves. However, the effects only last a few hours, so we need to make haste on kidnapping the princess.” the raven haired kunoichi said, giving the devices to the two mutants. “Yes, madam.” Rocksteady saluted before he and Bebop used the cufflinks. “As for us, dear sister, we’re going to do a little...seduction. Come, a couple of good, but quick makeovers will have most of these men begging for mercy by the time we’re through with them.” Karai smirked, dragging Jenny with her. The blonde sighed, but nodded.
An hour later...
The ball started getting underway once guests started arriving. By the time the girls and their families arrived, quite a few people had come. “Holy crap, there’s a lot of people here!” Irma exclaimed in shock. April nodded before adding, “Thank goodness it isn’t a costume party or else we’d be screwed.” Christie, May, and Crystal then touched the fake jewels on their necklaces and appeared to be normal teenage human girls. So that way, no one else would know that they’re really mutants. “I almost keep forgetting that you’re using alien tech.” Irma giggled at the scene before her. “Ready, girls?” Christie asked in a playful tone. “Ready!” the rest of them answered. As the girls and their families enter the party, the turtles and Lotus are on a rooftop nearby the embassy, spying on the party. “Well, Donnie, what do you see?” Raph asked, the genius turtle using a pair of high-tech binoculars.
Donnie honed in on Karai and her team and frowned. “Karai, Jenny, and their two freakazoids. Guys, I think we’d better take a closer look.” he answered, putting his binoculars away. Or he would’ve put them away if Kenn didn’t grab them and used them to look at the two girls.
“Ooh, yeah, that’s what I call a pair of hot, bodaci...” he started speaking before Lotus smacked the back of his head. “I-I m-mean... Right, dudes. Let’s scoop out the action.” Kenn spoke, giving Donnie his binoculars back. He can leech after the two kunoichi later. When he’s alone and away from his siblings. Rolling his brown eyes and finally putting his binoculars away, Donnie, along with the rest of his siblings, throw lines across to the roof of the embassy and swing over.
“Karai, are you sure that this is going to work?” Jenny asked, feeling outta place in her disguise, looking so...girly. Not that she didn’t like the dress her older sister picked out or anything like that, but she never felt comfortable wearing too much makeup. The fact that she’s linking arms with Bebop, pretending that he’s her escort made her feel uneasy. While her sister is hanging off the arms of Rocksteady. “Trust me, Jenny. Most men can’t resist a pair of beautiful, exotic women.” Karai answered, presenting her and Jenny’s invitation to the guards. While the two Malacurian guards glared at Rocksteady and Bebop, their faces turned a bright red at the sight of the two kunoichi. “R-Right this way, ladies.” the first guard squeaked. “Thank you, gentlemen. Have a good night.” Karai cooed, winking at them.
Jenny rolled her blue eyes, completely unaware of the events that’ll change her life for the better...
