Summary
The ceremonial duel is over; the ritual is complete. As Yuugi exits the crumbling tomb with the others, grieving but ready to continue his story, Atem finds that he is alive again, rejected by the afterlife with no explanation or guidance for what to do next.
What comes next - guilt and communication, uneducated guesses, tourist traps, surviving high school, finding a future and struggling with the mundane. Figuring it out, all of the rest of it.

Wonderful story, masterfully written. Just the right amount of tension, with perfect pacing. And the Puzzleshipping and how's its written is so, so, so good. I love how many things *feel* subtle while still being obvious to and important. A very well done story I very much enjoy.
