It was seven in the morning Maya had just woken up to see that Alex wasn't there she was confused Alex Normally woke up in the evening or afternoon so then sat up to see a note near her side of the bed she got up and pick up the note and she read it and it said "hey I'm having to leave early morning because me and the others need to go for a mission "after she read the note she wondered what kind of mission was it for Alex to leave so early she just brushed it off as maybe her needing to check the rune stones activity or a simple mission but for some reason she had this gut feeling telling something bad is going to happen she just brushed it off and got up from the bed.
After getting up from the bed she went to the bathroom to brush her teeth after brushing them she went to eat breakfast before putting on her stable clothes before getting Elli and riding over to moor land to do her daily things after she had arrived she let Elli roam around the ares that were near where Jenna was telling Jenna to keep a eye to the mare to make sure she doesn't end up going near the bobcats and to make sure the mare doesn't end up accidentally getting lost after going back to the rest of her work after she finished she had checked the time it was already 11 am?! she was surprised to say the least about how time goes fast but thankfully today she only had work till 11 am so she could leave now so she said bye.
before getting Elli and went to the forgotten field where the dew's farm laid so then when they arrived she got off of Elli and let her run around the the forgotten field area she could finally relax everything was going great but she still had that gut feeling coming back realizing that alex hasn't sent her anything she was worried because Alexs missions that normally needed her to leave early morning were only 1 to 2 hours but she hasn't answered she started to get worried the gut feeling growing larger then when she looked up from her phone she saw Linda coming when she arrived she had a sad look on her and what it looked like was tears? now she was worried and then she asked Linda ""hey Linda is everything alright?" after a few minutes of silence Linda said "its about Alex..." okay now Maya was getting anxious after another few minutes of silence Linda said "Alex...didn't survive the mission" and just at that moment Maya felt her world crashing down she felt the tears in her eyes threatening to flow "I will.. be leaving now" is all that Linda said before leaving.
After Linda had left Maya just sat outside the door of the dew's stable the tears still threatening to flow but then it went from that to sobbing to her then bursting out into tears she just sat there curled up in a ball crying then after a few minutes Elli went looking for her rider to not find her any where starting to get worried the mare looked around before seeing Maya curled up in a ball crying she went over to her rider and nudged her then after her nudge her for a few minutes and it not working she decided to just lay down near her rider.
After a few hours Maya looked up to see Elli laying next to her she then also just decided to lay on Elli then go to sleep when she woke up she was in what seems like a dark room before hearing a voice say "Maya.." she turned around to see Alex! "A-Alex?!" she said confused "You will have to wake up soon but i have to tell you one thing i love you" s all Alex said after Maya had to wake up she just sighed watching the morning rise up.
