"It's showtime!~"
The last lyric of 'The World Hasn't Even Started Yet' was sung as their final song for the set. They started their performance strong with 'Showtime Ruler', followed by three other songs.
Ever since Rui gave Tsukasa that 'good luck' kiss, the blonde couldn't stop thinking about it the entire time while they were performing.
There was one highlight of their show that almost made him lose his marbles onstage.
And if he did, that would've been the worst thing to ever happen to him during a show, so he resisted.
The highlight in question was also during their performance of their finale song.
It was time for Rui's turn to sing his verse. The choreography had involved him and Tsukasa dancing next to each other for that part. To be mindful of where his steps are going, Tenma was focused on him for that whole segment.
Although, the catch behind this highlight was that when Rui sang the word 'heartbeat', he gazed at Tsukasa rather than at the audience. And winked at him.
The blonde almost stopped moving like how a deer in the headlights would, but he couldn't control his flustered expression either way. He tried playing it off with a smile that has his lips pursed, attempting to move on from the heated moment.
He's definitely gonna talk to me about that later. Rui thought at that time, continuing to smile in his iconic, smug manner.
The director has done similar acts on the star from the previous songs they've done inside this show, but that one in particular almost became the last straw to Tenma.
To end their show once and for all, Tsukasa then leads, "And for one last time, we say...!"
"Wonderhoy!"
The audience and Wonderlands Showtime's members cheered in unison.
Apparently, Saki invited the other girls from Leo/need to watch his brother's unit perform with her. So during that 'wonderhoy' cheer, Tsukasa could've sworn he had faintly heard his sister yell the catchphrase back, along with Honami.
All he could do was smile in happiness, and so did the rest of Wonderlands × Showtime.
"Until the next time we meet! Farewell, everybody!"
The four made their exit and bid goodbye to their audience who are left amazed by the show they put on.

Everyone was quiet on their way to the backstage.
It was only until then they have arrived inside the room, and cheering was suddenly heard from Tsukasa, Rui and Emu. Nene was cheering 'yatta' quietly, as well. Everyone pulled each other into a huge group hug.
"Well! That marks our very first gig with a very huge audience in a very famous venue!" The star exclaimed in celebration, totally exhilarated from the show.
The rest were also relieved that they finally got over something that they've been dreading for several weeks.
After they changed their clothes into something more comfortable, they had an opportunity to relax for a while before they left the venue's backstage room and setting foot on their way to their homes. Of course, the four of them didn't do anything else but chat with each other for now.
"Tsukasa-kun." Kamishiro's call gained Tenma's attention as he sat down next to him.
Looking at his boyfriend's content, yet suspicious grin on his face, the blonde began to ask, "What is it..." until he got interrupted by a kiss on his cheek.
Rui giggled, "There. A celebratory kiss, since my 'good luck' one worked~" Tsukasa was left speechless by the director again, and all he did was pout at him.
Suddenly, they noticed the other commotion happening across them; it was Emu and Nene.
"No fair! Nene-chan, where's my kissies?" The pink-haired girl gasped, mostly in a playful way. Kusanagi's behavior immediately became flushed, "Emu...! Okay, okay, I'll give you one..."
The boys amusely smiled at the interaction, until Tsukasa reverted back his attention to the subject of Rui's shenanigans.
"Hey, don't you think I forgot what you were trying to do earlier!" He poked on his boyfriend's shoulder, who looked over him with a mischievous smile once again.
Kamishiro simply attempted to play it off like pretend as he usually would do, "Oh my~ was I? To do what, exactly?" This just made Tenma's flustered sensation last longer than before. He bit back, "There you go again! Being oblivious and all...!"
He low-key wanted this banter to go on for a bit longer.
"Hehe, okay, I'll be real nice with you just this once. " Rui giggled at the consideration he just stated about. Raising his eyebrows, Tsukasa countered, "Just this once?"
He jokingly scoffed back, "You know what I meant, Tsukasa-kun." He gazed at his boyfriend with his half lidded eyes, resting his head on his palm.
It was clear that the director was absolutely smitten by the star.
"If you're uncomfortable with me doing similar things to what I pulled off earlier during a show, just tell me, okay?"
Hearing this made Tsukasa fix his sitting posture in slight astonishment.
Oh, wow.
"I'm fully aware how you might think I'm unusually considerate like this right now, but I still would like to make sure I'm not overstepping any-" Rui tried to elaborate further, until the blonde reassured him with a gentle squeeze on his free hand. "-boundaries..."
With a gentle grin on his face, Tsukasa replies, "Well, I do kind of... like it...? I don't know how I would word this, but it's fine, Rui. Just don't... do it too much or I would die because of your 'romancing' antics onstage- that'd be embarrassing," Kamishiro simply chuckled at the answer that he was given, "Okay. I'll keep that in mind for you."
Apparently, Tenma wasn't done with the feedback. With a shy intent, he muttered something else, but it was loud enough for his boyfriend to hear.
"Although I really like the 'good luck' kisses you bring before every show..."
Now, both parties are currently flustered for each other.
The star's flusteredness was defined by intimidation, while the director's was defined by amusement.
Suddenly, the moment was unfortunately interrupted when the sound of bags being shuffled around was heard in the room.
"It's getting late, so me and Emu will be going. We have a plan to stop by some shop she's been wanting to come at with me. How about you guys?" Kusanagi checked in on the boys, while they both also started picking their personal belongings up. "Yeah, we'll be going too, Nene. You two go on ahead, we'll see you tomorrow anyway." Kamishiro replied, while Tenma follows, "You guys have fun! See you guys tomorrow!" Otori slipped in her farewell to the other couple too.
As they left the backstage room, the walk on their way to the venue's main exit was mostly silent. Only the soft, ambient noises of overlapping conversations from other people in the building were filling their ears.
Breaking the awkward tension between them, Rui invited in a mischievous tone, "You know you can just ask me for a kiss anytime and I'll happily oblige, right?"
Caught off guard, Tsukasa pretends to be clever by saying, "Eh!? W-well, I knew that...! Obviously! I just didn't think of... doing so..."
The director couldn't help but giggle at his boyfriend's obliviousness. "Sure you didn't..."
Arriving at the main exit, they both see the sight of Saki and her friends, who are busy conversing just across the glass door. They both suddenly stopped in their tracks before a few more steps to the path outside.
An audible sigh was heard from the taller one, which caught Tsukasa's attention.
"So, see you tomorrow?" The blonde asked as if he was unsure, but they were definitely meeting tomorrow anyway (together with the girls). Being an entertainer was surely restless, since their agenda for the next day involves a few more rehearsals. This time, the rehearsals are for a drama play that will be held at Phoenix Wonderland.
Rui smiled, "Why not?" and leaned in to give him a quick kiss on the lips. Unlike the previous romantic moments between them where he would end up completely flustered, Tsukasa managed to keep himself composed and was able to enjoy the moment properly.
"I love you. See you tomorrow, Tsukasa-kun."
Taking a deep breath and not even caring about how warm his face feels as of now, he stammered back in reply. "L-love you too, Rui. We can just text each other later...!" He then went on first to the exit, surprising his sister.
Rui hummed in content to what just happened, knowing that this incident will become one of the memories that he will cherish for the rest of his life. He then followed to exit the venue.
Saki noticed him, then gave him a wave with a gentle smile while she was listening to her brother babble to her and her friends about the show. He waved in return at the girl and went to his path way back to his home.
༻᯽༺ 10:00 PM, night, in tsukasa's room
Tenma exhaled deeply as he threw himself onto his own bed.
You're insufferable sometimes...
But I don't know where I would have ended up without you, Rui.
Would I have been able to continue pursuing my dream as a star?
I could have been arrogant my whole life if I hadn't met you from the beginning.
Countless thoughts about his boyfriend clogged up his mind while he was staring at the ceiling of his room.
Not long after, a notification tone was heard as it interrupted Tsukasa's lovesick-induced train of thought. He quickly reached for his phone once the sound went off and opened to a text from Rui.
類🎈: you're still up?
As if Tsukasa was yearning, a dreamy sigh escaped from his lips, until he covered it with one of his hands in embarrassment after realizing how he just reacted to such a simple message from his boyfriend.
Composing himself, he quickly typed a reply.
司🌟: yeah. i just feel like my body's not allowing me to rest just yet.
類🎈: i see. i'm laying down here on my bed, just letting time pass and wait till my eyes force me to sleep.
There was a brief second where the chat was suddenly quiet, until Rui shot another message.
類🎈: i already miss you
司🌟: rui, we've only been separated for at least a few hours
類🎈: so? i still miss you regardless .
Sighing at the director's persuasiveness, the star couldn't help but admit that he was missing him too.
司🌟: you know, meeting up in wonderland SEKAI isn't such a bad idea right now...
類🎈: entering wonderland SEKAI is the quickest way we can meet, that's true,
類🎈: but i'm honestly tired at the moment...
司🌟: ah yeah, right. sorry
司🌟: i need some rest too don't i?
With a pout on his face, Tsukasa continues to contemplate what else he should do to fulfill Rui's current wish.
All of a sudden, another text came.
類🎈: we can go in a voice call if you like to
類🎈: tell me when you're ready so that i can ring you
The blonde's eyes lit up exactly like how Wonderland Miku's eyes looked like. He bounced on his bed for a brief moment in excitement. He didn't even bother to correct his typos before he sent his message.
司🌟: oksy i'm reayd
類🎈: hehe. noted~
Not even a second later, Tsukasa's phone blared its ringtone and started vibrating. He instantly pressed the green button to pick Rui's call up.
"Well, well, guess who can't fall asleep at a time like this?"
Kamishiro's voice resonated through the phone's speakers, then Tenma plugged in his earphones to hear him better and to avoid audio feedback.
"Uh, both of us, Rui..." He cheekily responded as he finally went back to his lying position in order to get comfortable.
"Hehe, I know, I know. So what really keeps you up at night?" The director initiated a conversation, accompanied with the sound of a bedsheet shuffling. He probably wanted to get comfortable as well.
Tsukasa clicked his tongue, thinking of a reply. "Um... nothing much? Apart from the show, I..."
"...I've only really been... thinking about you."
A quiet gasp from Rui was slightly audible through the earbuds, and then came silence. And then panic came to Tsukasa.
Attempting to retract what he said, he frantically rambled, "Ohh my god- I shouldn't have said that, haven't I? Rui, I'm so sorry, that was out of-"
Suddenly, a velvety giggle was heard from the other end. But Tenma swore that this giggle was quite different from his usual one.
The quick laugh he heard just now seemed genuine (not like his default giggles weren't), and it sounds like Rui really felt full of love.
"You're so cute, Tsukasa-kun."
How many words of affirmation will it take for the both of them to fully express their love?
༻᯽༺ 1:00 AM, midnight, in rui's room
Just right after thinking they ran out of topics to talk about, there was always one more that followed.
Rui's eyes slowly started to get heavy, although he was still up for more conversations. But Tsukasa's remaining energy seems to have completely depleted.
"...and I just think it's really interesting, to be perfectly honest."
The purple-haired boy finished, while he fiddled with his hands.
He didn't notice the sudden silence until a minute ago.
"Tsukasa-kun?" Rui attempted to call out, and got no response.
He reached for his phone to adjust the audio volume to see if there was any problem with his end.
Until he heard the faint sound of slow breathing.
Oh, he's... fallen asleep.
He simply smiled, and whispered, hoping that it would be picked up by the microphone to be heard by his boyfriend.
"Goodnight, Tsukasa-kun."
