It all happened so fast. Belos- Philip? She doesn’t know what to call him. Summoned
something and shot it at her. She should’ve died right then and there but a huge wall of green, no. Vines grew from the ground saved her and separated her from her attacker.
then saw Hunter. The kid she thought she witnessed die. Before she knows it Eda is counting down on the walkie talkie and a fire glyph blasts opens a hole in the vine wall.
and she is running and dragging hunter to escape belos mind.
She tripped.
Hunter still runs to the walkie talkie unaware of Luz’s absent. Then there is a flash of light and he is gone leaving luz alone with Belos.

“Don’t crowd them”
Is the first thing Hunter hears outside of belos mind. Then. The second thing he hears is
“Where is Luz”.
And more concern questions in that matter.
He cannot focus on anything other than feeling his throat tighten up.
The owl lady is talking to him but he can’t focus on anything other than Belos and Luz.
His breathing is fast and his head hurts.
The next thing he processes is his hands pushing him up from the ground.
A golden guard cloak thrown to the ground. The sound of him slamming open the door.
The feel of the cold wind on his face.
And the calls from the owl house.
Then the tears rolling down his cheek.

She had no idea what she tripped on.
When she sits up and looks she sees.
Oh
She tripped on nothing
“You really are clumsy aren’t you?” Belos remarks.
She remembered her situation.
Stuck in the emperors mind, Out of glyphs, And out of plans.
She sits in defeat and closed her eyes.
“Really? No more fighting? Well this does make this less fun but easier I suppose. Goodbye Luz”
Luz felt herself slowly sink downwards the same way hunter had just a few minutes ago. Then. Suddenly she stops sinking. She dares to open her eyes and sees belos standing completely straight forwards unmoving eyes.
Luz saw this as a escape window and wiggled her way out of the black goo and ran the opposite direction of belos.
Then she is dragged down to the floor leaving only her head visable. Slow footsteps walked towards her and stopped behind her
“Actually. You might be useful to me. Luz.”
She then blacks out
