Summary
When Tsunade has to visit Kirigakure for the first Kage conference after the war she takes Kakashi and Naruto with her.
The botanists from Kirigakure notice their mutual pining when the two shinobi were wandering through the gardens and decide that they want to help those two idiots who are so clearly in love. Akio-san, the leading botanist, wants to see Naruto happy and so he gives Naruto some seeds of the flower 'FORTIS AMOR', which will show Naruto his true love once it blooms....Smut in later chapters :)
