Just outside the Earth's solar system lay a lush earth-size planet called Koen. It was home to the Gardians, the name of aliens that had once come to Earth during Sailor Senshi's youth.

After Sailor Moon had healed the Tree of Life? Alan and Ann had departed their solar system. They'd come to a semi-barren celestial body roughly five light-years from Pluto.

They'd cultivated Tree of Life seedlings back to life. Gradually, the planet evolved into a thriving utopia. Thus, the revival of the Gardian began. Even Fiore, Mamrou's childhood friend, had been called home to his people.

By the time Crystal Tokyo had been established on Earth? Koen had become a paradise, with Gardians founding a flourishing society. Alan and Ann had become the leaders of their revived civilization. Fiore, on the other hand? He'd become their Chancellor.

They'd developed a virtual fairytale empire blended with the Garden of Eden. Gadenparesu, or Garden Palace, had been cultivated from a flowering tree. The city was named Eden'nosono after the Garden of Eden. The territorial division unmistakably resembled where fairies, pixies, and other mythological creatures resided.

North of their kingdom lay a considerable aquamarine body of water the Gardian had dubbed Hana no umi or the Sea of Flowers. Truthfully, a plethora of sea flowers did float within the waves.

Today, the royal couple prayed in a ziggurat-like temple called Hana no shinden. The Temple of Flowers remained one of the most consecrated locations on their planet. Like countless others before them, they prayed for their culture to continue flourishing and for the birth of a healthy child.

Because the Tree of Life had given birth to the Gardian? Any of their children had to be given birth from the Tree. When a couple is ready to have a child, they go before the Tree of Life. Next, they perform a musical ritual that combines the couple's energy into a seed.

The seed is then placed in a pod that incubates for one season. After three months, the pod opens, and the couple's child is born. What humans called a birthday they called Hana no tanjo or Flower Birth.

The Gardians had evolved to a point where they didn't require energy from the Tree to live. However, they needed power from what had blossomed from the regenerate Tree. The Gardians were strict vegetarians. The Tree had blessed them with abundant vegetation they could consume for energy.

However, they still needed to help the Tree flourish by ensuring their planet was full of love energy. In other words, they're a symbiotic species. So they tended the Tree by bestowing love energy to thrive. As a result, the Tree gave them the nutrition they needed to survive.

After a prosperous harvest, Alan and Ann's child was born. They named her Sage. The imperial household couldn't wait for the day they could return to Earth to renew an alliance with Neo Queen Serenity. Unfortunately, they were unaware it would be soon that the Gardians would continue their partnership with Crystal Tokyo.
