   Summary

   Izuku has always wanted to be a hero. Heroes would always stand up for others, and always take down villains.
   Izuku also knew that people should report villains if he notices them, to the police or to a hero. He also knew that a villain is someone who uses their quirk to hurt others.
   By this logic, Kacchan is a villain. And if Izuku is going to be a hero, then he should report him.
   It doesn't seem like anyone agrees with his assessment.
   (or, Izuku opens his eyes, and decides to make a few decisions that change the fate of Japan)
