Ever since you two started taking tea alone together every week like an old married couple. But I only really felt like my suspicions had been confirmed yesterday, when we caught him napping in the library, during work hours might I add, and you just gave him that insufferably fond look and walked away. No letting me prank him, no waking him up to scold him. I mean, you didn’t even comment about his piss-poor work ethic.” He thought that may have been more indicative of Ferdinand overworking himself into the night hours as he was prone to do, and he was certain Dorothea knew so as well. But he declined to comment on it, still a bit in shock that this conversation was happening in the first place.
