Summary
This fic is building on a scene from 3x21. The one where Oliver/Al Sah-him has kidnapped Lyla and is going to trade her for Nyssa. The scene in the warehouse. I just imagined the possibility that Oliver was really gone in that scene and then I just wrote what would happen during those circumstances This explores what would happen if Felicity couldn't break through to Oliver and how that would change the outcome.
