“Iwa,” Oikawa gasped, looking up at him with a fear in his eyes that sent an uncomfortable shiver down Iwaizumi’s spine. In all his life, he had never seen Oikawa look so terrified. “Oh, god, you’re safe. I mean, of course you’re safe— you’re home but... They’re everywhere but I don’t know what’s happening--”
He was barely listening to whatever the fuck Oikawa was trying to tell him because nothing he was saying was explaining why he was covered in blood and that was kind of Iwaizumi’s focus right now because there was just so much of it.
