Ben and Tyler were together.
They weren't one of those overly affectionate couples, no. Neither of them were particularly affectionate on any level, so them being together wouldn't magically make them that way. That didn't mean they were one of those constantly-arguing couples either. They just found a quiet, unspoken solace in one another's presence.
Sex wasn't ever on the table. They were both asexual and had established that pretty immediately in being together. Cheating was never a thought in either of their minds- The only two other guys in their friend group were Aiden (who Ben would obviously never even think of dating since that was his cousin, and who Tyler just found irritating) and Logan (who was strictly their friend).
It was nice to be in a relationship where neither had to worry about the other being unfaithful and where there weren't expectations of something more.
They loved each other, and that's all that mattered.
