    It wasn’t Rooster’s fault.

    Rooster didn’t know how Hangman could possibly know about his dad, but he did. And unfortunately, it caught him off guard, so he did all he could do and snapped. It backfired and everything seemed to be falling into pieces with the mission only pressing closer.

    He doesn't expect what comes next. He doesn't expect to see him in the darkened hallway that evening. He doesn't expect himself to willingly follow Hangman into the darkness of his room, lock sliding shut as soon as they enter.

    It only takes one hit to become addicted.
