Mortal college AU. When Will’s mom expects him to bring a date to a charity gala she’s performing at, he plans to ask Nico. But when he turns his genuine proposal into a joke out of panic, everything falls apart. In which Will is cringe, Nico is acquiescent, and tuxedos are annoying.
