Summary
Originally only focused on retrieving his sister Thyra, Ragnar had been hesitant about taking the scraggly looking young boy found with her as well. But Thyra had refused to leave without the boy, not wanting to waste time Ragnar had grabbed the boy's shoulder and dragged him with them as Uhtred had helped Thyra along. Sihtric had grown and was not the same scared and abused boy they had found years ago. He had developed a reputation as a highly skilled and respected mercenary working for Ragnor and Erik’s private security contracting firm. Leading men into all types of combat, law enforcement and peacekeeping missions around the world. Yet Ragnor and Erik had refused to let Sihtric, Uhtred or Finan make up part of the team they provided for the final assault on Dunholm.
