Cars
Pony knows how to drive a car. He's not good at it and it scares the he'll out of him. Hill also never tell anyone he's scared of driving but that's don't matter. What matter is that no matter we're there going pony is not driving and dallies is. Even if pony had to suck it up and drive to dallies. Before he even comes out pony is in the passenger seat. Dally doesn't complain. He likes to drive. He liked to drive pass the speed limits and swerve between slower cars. Yes pony gets green sometimes but it's better then pony driving any day.
Show off
Dally likes to show off. He doesn't need to. Everyone knows he's " cool" and " tuff " but he still does stupid thangs like oh idk setting a soces car they stole on fire and jumping off of it. But you see he has his rains ponyboy Curtis himself. See he's the one who told dally that no he can not drive the car wall on fire. Dallies says hes no fun and a buzz kill. But pony is openly the only reason he's alive. And dallies doesn't need to show off in front of pony. But he still does that sometimes.
Relationship
Being the baby of the gang there a little protective of ponyboy. Even Steve who will never admit it. And when he gets a new partner a boyfriend our on rare accessions a girlfriend it's dallies and darrys job to intimidates them and make them run off scared you see. And pony dose not like that. Often times you'll see pony stomp into buck( which be by the way is not allowed ) and yelled at dally to " stope scaring the crap out of my boyfriends!!!" And dally with his smug self will only laugh and ignore the kid and will threaten his next partner with bodily harm agin and agin. Making pony come back and yell more.
Cooking
Pony likes to cook. More specifically bake and even more specifically bake with fruits. And it's all fun in games till dallies come in. Every time he makes a new dish he must get more fruit thin is recruiter in the recipe. So just in case dallies shows up and he eats half of the fruits before he can even get it in the pain. Even with the sweets with no fruit he sticks his finger into the batter and just laughed as pony wacky him with a spoon. But he especially likes the fruits. Pony sometimes thanks it's the only time every he’s seen him eat a fruit. And maybe that's why he Cooke's most of his dishes with fruit
Spicy vs sweet
Dallies doesn't really like sweet thangs. Hill eat them to annoy people ( like someone's cack batter ) but that's about it. And in most of his meals he hates the sweet options. But absolutely loves the Spicy options. And ponyboy is the opposite. Likes sweet dishes and hates spicy. He doesn't thank ketchup is spicy but he thanks salt is a lot of seasoning. So when they both order a sandwich. Ponys being a sandwich with really sweet bread and dallies having spicy chicken . And they bit in thanking they'll have the flavor they like and getting rudely punched back with a flavor they hate. It was not funny to them. Pony ran to the bathroom with a burnt tongue and dally gaged at the sweetness and thought if this is what diabetes's felt like. But the gang thought it was funny
Sickness
Dally never gets sick. The only time the Gange has seen him sick was when he was 10 and was with a vary high fever and mrs.Curtis took care of him. So he never gets sick when he’s around someone else
sick. But pony gets sick all the time. Sometimes hill be just getting out of a cold then goes right back into one. He gets sick but never to bad . But evey ones in a while hill get really sick. And his brothers would have to do to work. Which left dallies to take care of him. He doesn’t do much. Just make food and give him medicine. And that’s all hill do when he’s awake. But when pony falls asleep that’s when dally comes in and changed the cloths on his forehead our make spire the blame still on him.
Money
Dallies has money. Now not a lot. And half of the time he’s broke poor. But the other half he has enough money to raise some eyebrows. Pony knows this. He also knows dallies has a soft spot for him. Not soft enough to allow pony to do something drastic. But enough as to we’re he can go up to dally the means , toughest hood in talus and be ok when he ask for money. Bad days are when dallies straights up yelled at him to fuck off. Normal days is when hill complain. Throw some curses and slam a 10 on the table. And good days are when he just give him the money and goes back to whatever he was doing before. And pony will smile and skip off. Idly with Johnny in toe to go do the thang they needed the money for. With are usually movies our just snacks.
Bucks
Ponyboy is not allowed at buck. And to be honest he doesn’t really like it but he goes all the time. And without anyone but 1 person knowing ,dallies. He doesn’t spend it downstairs at the party but up in dallys small room. It could be for multiple reason. A fight with Darry, can’t sleep , scared , just got into a fight , dallies is hurt and he’s to prideful to get help. Our just to hang out. There’s a lot of reason he spend his time at bucks. And even more why he will keep it hidden from Darry and soda
Smart
We know pony is smart but so is dallies. And not just in street smart. He’s real good at math and reading. Hill never do it in front of people but he has helped pony with his math homework on multiple occasions. he is way batter at it then pony . But pony is the worst at math so it’s not a fair comparison. But he’s really smart. He can read well and understand it well too. Even if he pretended he can’t read. Pony knows all This. He figured it out before he was even showed.he won’t tell anyone but he thanks dallies is the smartest both street and book smart in town.
