Chapter Text
"So what now Kisaki?" asked Hanma taking a smoke from his cigarette.
"I don't know..." answered Kisaki looking at the ground. The taller male started coughing, in denial of his ears are betraying him or if the younger male honestly didn't know. Given that Kisaki is a mastermind in strategies and manipulation this was the first for both of them, they have found themselves in quite deep shit and if they don't see a way out they are screwed.
"I guess we must go to the shop..." said Kisaki.
"What shop?" asked the smoker.
"Forgot you're new here. The shop is where Miss Kay stays, she is a genius and she'll help us get out of this shit" said the shorter male jumping off the little wall he was sitting on.
"Just don't make us late, sis is going to kill me this time!" said Hanma following the dirty-blond down the street.
The walk wasn't long, Hanma was eager to learn, being adopted into a new family, in a new environment, he was eager to learn the ins and outs of the new home he liked. Hanma was taken from his parents due to child neglect at the age of 9 and put into the foster system, he picked up some bad habits and coping mechanisms which led to him being bounced around from one home to another, and by the age of 13, he had been adopted and returned 5 times until he was adopted by the Lena family. Unlike the others, the Lena’s were kind, understanding, and helpful for once, they didn’t judge him for his ways, they even TRAINED him, never forced him to do anything, and always supported his dreams, even tho they sometimes were um… Unreasonable…
The Lena family consists of the two parents Ned Lena, the father, and the only foreigner besides Ajax, his son from a previous marriage, they’re from one of the most dangerous parts of Europe, that said they are skilled fighters and leaders, they fight with their fists but have no problems using cold weapons. It would take something serious to get them to fight. Next up, is the mother of the Lena family, her name is Himari, she is a gentlewoman, widowed at a young age, a single mother of then two girls she found peace in Ned’s presence and romance blossomed, the product being the youngest daughter. Now we move on to the siblings… The eldest daughter is named Natsumi Lena, a lanky, 170cm tall(5’7”) brunette, quick-witted 19-year-old girl, skilled in many arts, from picking locks to using a firearm, she is a force to be reconded with, an incredible tactician, great student, excellent physician, and a strict older sister keeping Hanma and the rest at bay. The second oldest would be Hanma Shuji, a strong 17-year-old, fast, unbeatable, 194 cm (6’4”) giant that lives for the thrill. In third place comes Ajax aka Haruto Lena, a 16-year-old troublemaker, kick-boxer, barely missing Hanma Shuji by 4 centimeters (about 1 inch) they are a force to be reconded with, he never settles in a gang, he thinks it’s restricting and dumb, given his upbringing he is one of the best fighters in Tokyo known far and wide as the Ajax the great, making himself a name only a month after coming to Japan at age 13. Sharing the middle spot and the second to youngest comes Naomi, her dark brown hair and honey-colored eyes, smooth skin and gentle voice weren’t the reason she was called the Queen, but her talent for mixed martial ars and feared stare did, the 168 cm (5’6”) 14-year-old is a level headed and loud person, her love for bikes and fights does not stop her from being the most popular, protege and the youngest MMA fighter in Japan. And now the princess of the family, the little Tori Nana Lena, the beautiful 6-year-old living in a den of wolves yet living the most normal childhood of all, Hanma’s favorite sibling.
As the two boys near the workshop, Hanma gets more confused, entering the workshop Hanma is met by a familiar figure. The long oak-brown hair, the familiar smell of books and lavender filled his nose, her pale freckled skin covered in sweat from all the work, glasses on her nose helping her hands work. A strong voice was heard from behind the counter next to the boys.
“Name and business.” said the young lady behind the counter, she was known as Sin, cause if you messed with her boss, she was your biggest problem.
“Kisaki Tetta and Hanma Shuji. We’re here to meet Miss Kay for advice.” said Kisaki in a low and kinda scared voice.
“Hanma?” the lanky boy heard his name coming from behind the counter and deep in the shop.
“Miss Kay, it’s a pleasure to meet you in person,” said Kisaki bowing lower than Hanma has ever seen him do.
“Please raise your head kid, it seems you’re my brother’s friend, and in this house, we treat friends like family,” said Miss Kay with a soft and welcoming voice.
“Brother?” questioned Kisaki racking his mind to think of someone who looked like the legendary Miss Kay.
“Yes, brother, Hanma is my younger brother,” said Miss Key.
“HUH?!” was all that Kisaki could muster after registering the newly found information.
“Sis why is he calling you Miss Kay?” asked Hanma still confused about what is happening around him.
“That’s my street name, you know, Back when I was beginning to take over Tokyo. I heard you have one too! Zombie is so cool! Why are you boys standing, come on! Let’s sit down at the desk!” said Miss Kay, or rather Natsumi, inviting them into her workshop.
“So what seems to be the cause of your visit?” asked Natumi sitting down at her work desk, continuing the work on the student grade books, sowing each stitch by hand and seemingly in her own world, but she has her whole attention on Kisaki.
“Well I might have fucked up…” said Kisaki a bit scared of Natu’s reaction, it was a first for him and so was for hanma to see the seemingly fearless Kisaki shake like a leaf in front of his sister.
“Might have? You wouldn’t be here for a ‘might have’ now would you? Tell me what you did so I can help you.” said Natu lowering her voice, sounding threatening, Hanma knows full well that she means business when she uses that voice.
“I wanted to take down Mikey and TOMAN, so I told my leader to piss TOMAN off and we can take them down. Umm… I-it was supposed to be just a beating of his close friend but they…”
“They what? Don’t make me pull your words out of your mouth. It pisses me off when I have to do that!” said Natu, her eyes looking up and thru her glasses right at Kisaki making his whole body shake in fear.
“They, umm… They b-beat him up, but also…” Kisaki took a deep breath to stop the shaking in his body caused by Natu’s instance stare “They r-raped his girlfriend…” he said bearly audible.
Natumi stopped working and just looked at Kisaki, the energy pouring out of her body was dark, murderous, and pure evil. She took a moment to register what he said. The tension was unbelievable, Hanma was scared, Kisaki was even more scared and Natumi looked like she would kill both of them.
“What happened to the girl?”
“She, umm… She is recovering in the h-hospital. I and H-Hanma found out what happened and l-left the gang immediately, but he is a-after us…”
“Sin!” yelled Natumi, getting her close friend to enter her little studio.
“Send an invitation to all the leaders of the gangs in Tokyo, tonight at midnight, at the junkyard. No exceptions. “
“Yes, Miss Kay!”
“Get ready boys!” said Natu standing up, causing the two boys to do the same, putting her apron down and opening a closet door to reveal something the two boys thought was a myth “We’re getting the band back together!”
