After he got through the initial withdrawal symptoms caused by the need to have a cigarette, John visits his doctor who is amazed by his miraculous recovery. Accidentally he meets a girl who seems to be a bit too young to be at the same doctor's office.
As it goes with Constantine, he discovers something is not quite right. It happens again, someone who spends their time with him, gets inevitably dragged to the world of supernatural.
This time, though, his knowledge, however admirable, is not enough.
