Summary
After being locked in solitary confinement for almost a decade, a Bulgarian metahuman is offered a place in the last team she'd want to be on - Task Force X, or better known in the Belle Reve Correctional Facility as the Suicide Squad. She is tasked with one mission for her dedication - destroy Project Starro and all information eluding to it in Corto Maltese.
Hoping to use the opportunity to reunite again with her boyfriend George Harkness, she later finds out what she's really agreed to do, and what lengths she has to go to follow orders.
Initially cold and distant, she is forced to confront memories she'd rather forget...all while traversing through the dangerous island with enemies lurking around every corner, her own team members not excempt from trying to kill one another.
