This was nice.
Ohio sat in his apartment, arm around his husband as he watched Alex and Morgan bicker playfully.
“D-D-Do you think t-t-they’ll ever realize?” Barnaby asked, tucked into Ohio’s side like there wasn’t anywhere else he’d rather be.
Ohio pressed a kiss to Barnaby’s temple before looking over at their friends. They were in a spirited debate over what movie to watch that night— Alex wanted Clueless and Morgan wanted some Tom Cruise movie.
“Nah,” He said, nuzzling gently at his husband. “I think they’ll stay like that forever.”
“O-Ohio!” Barnaby laughed, playfully pushing Ohio away.
Ohio just grinned and nuzzled more. “What? Does that tickle?”
Barnaby nodded with a wide grin, laughing.
It was music to Ohio’s ears.
