Summary
Chifuyu’s ‘gay awakening’, as the kids call it these days, came when he was twelve years old. He was beaten and bruised, every part of his body aching and screaming for him to just stop fighting already, and this otherworldly being - Baji Keisuke, as he came to know in the moments after - had descended from the heavens, whipped off his ridiculous rectangular glasses and torn the elastic from his hair, and proceeded to beat the shit out of the entire group without breaking a sweat.
Chifuyu’s second gay awakening comes in the form of Hanemiya Kazutora, just over a decade later - shirtless, hair pooling around his shoulders, with a rounded pair of glasses perched on the end of his nose.
(or: the mortifying ordeal of finding out your boyfriend is somehow even more attractive in glasses.)
