The marauders and 4 girls are seen sitting around a circular table. Sirius is shuffling some cardboard cards and James is whispering to a redhead sitting on the opposite side of Remus. Peter stops his conversation with the girl next to him and turns to the camera. “Welcome everyone to Marauders Multiplayer! Today we are joined by the girls and we’re going to be playing Werewolf!” he starts. “For all you new viewers, do you girls wanna introduce yourselves?”
“I’m Lily”
“Marlene”
“I’m Dorcas”
“And I’m Mary”
James takes over “We have added a long version of the game rules in the description but Moony; care to give the short version?”
“Sure.” Remus shrugs. “Basically the aim is to kill the 2 werewolves in play. The 2 people who have the werewolf cards are trying to avoid suspicion and blend in with the rest of the village. Some people have special abilities that allow them to see other people’s cards so they might not get a chance to escape. At the end of a round everyone must vote on who they think the 2 werewolves are. If even 1 of the werewolves is discovered, the village wins but if both go undetected the wolves win.”
Sirius pipes up after shuffling the deck in his hand one final time “Ok, I’ve shuffled the cards. Let’s start round 1” he then deals one card to each player and puts the remaining 3 face down in the center of the table. Everyone looks at their card and then puts them face down in front of them.
“If you don’t want to know who the Werewolves are and want to play along with us then just close your eyes when the announcer tells you” Lily adds before she leans over and clicks the start button on the tablet.

A male voice can be heard over some suspenseful music. “Everyone close your eyes!” The 8 people sat around the table do so “Doppelganger, wake up and look at another player’s card. You are now that role. If your new role has a night action, do it now.”
Mary opens her eyes, waves at the camera for those who didn’t close their eyes and then looks at Sirius’ card. She then swaps her card with Peter’s
“Doppelganger close your eyes. Werewolves, wake up and look for other werewolves.”
Lily and Marlene both open their eyes, look at each other and smile. They ignore the part about if there is only 1 werewolf and close their eyes when instructed
The announcer then calls on the next player “Seer, wake up. You may look at another player’s card or two of the center cards.”
Dorcas is the one to open her eyes and she decides to look at James’ card. She closes her eyes before instructed as she’s done her job for the night.
“Robber, wake up…” Sirius ‘wakes up’ on the announcers command “You may exchange your card with another player’s card and then view your new card.”
Sirius swaps cards with Remus and sees he is now a villager. He uses his extra remaining time to stick his tongue out at James and stare lovingly at Remus.
“Robber, close your eyes.” He does, finally taking his eyes off his boyfriend “Troublemaker, wake up. You may exchange cards between 2 players.” Nobody moves meaning the troublemaker is in the middle of the table.
“Drunk, wake up and exchange your card with a card from the center.” Calls the announcer
James thinks for a second before swapping his card with the 3rd card. Unbeknownst to him, since he can’t check his new card, he now has the troublemaker in front of him. He too uses his remaining time to stick his tongue out at Sirius, unaware he did it to him first. James closes his eyes when told
“Insomniac, wake up” This causes everyone at the table to smirk or chuckle “And look at your card.” Once again, nobody moves. The insomniac card is the middle one of the 3 in the center.
“Doppelganger, if you viewed the insomniac card, wake up and look at your card” Since Mary didn’t, she keeps her eyes closed and sits still. “Doppelganger, close your eyes. Everyone wake up!” is the last thing the announcer says before a countdown of 5 minutes starts, signalling to everyone how long they have to discuss before the vote. With their eyes now open and their night actions completed, they start the discussion.

When nobody speaks, Peter decides to take charge “So?”
“I’m the drunk.” James claims “Well, I was. I swapped my card with the one of the left.”
“I can confirm. I’m the seer and I chose to look at James’ card” Dorcas replies, corroborating James’ testimony.
Remus nods before adding “There’s a chance the drunk is in the center now, depending on whether or not the robber took it, the troublemaker swapped it or the doppelganger did either.”
“Robber here” The oldest boy says, throwing a hand in the air “And I swapped with you Moons. So I’m a villager and you’re now the robber.”
“Which has to be true since I was a villager” Remus agrees, once again nodding
Dorcas proceeds to chime in “But your card might’ve been changed. The troublemaker or the doppelganger could’ve still swapped it.”
“Well I was the doppelganger.” Mary answers “I looked at Sirius’ card, saw that he was the robber and then swapped with Pete.”
James narrows his eyes and turns towards his girlfriend “Lils. You and Marley have been quiet.”
“Because I’m a villager. I don’t exactly have anything to share.” The redhead argues
“Fair point I guess.” Sirius shrugs. He turns towards the blond sat next to her “What about you Marls? What’s your excuse?”
“I’m the insomniac. My card didn’t change”
Remus thinks for a moment before saying “Let’s do this logically, starting from the beginning. Mary was the doppelganger and after looking at Sirius, who was the robber at the time, swapped with Peter. Yes?” he turns to her awaiting confirmation.
“Yes” she responds
“Ok, so what was Peter’s original card?”
“Villager”
Remus looks at Pete to see if what Mary was saying is true and he nods his head
Dorcas then takes over the questioning “So from there it’s the werewolves, but we know they’re not gonna reveal themselves so we move on to the seer, which was me. I can guarantee that James was the drunk. Next role to go is the robber…”
“…which was moi! And as already previously stated I swapped my card with Moony’s.” Sirius adds, gesturing to his boyfriend.
James does a mental tally of the roles and the order they’re called before speaking. “Since no one’s called troublemaker then it’s pretty safe to assume that it’s one of the middle cards.”
“Next to move is the drunk.” Lily pipes up, wanting to throw suspicion off of her. “So which card did you swap with again Jamie?”
The boy in question points to the one on the left. “This one”
“So we can safely say that this is the drunk.”
“It also means the troublemaker is either still in the center or is James’ new card.” Peter adds
The long haired boy next to him shakes his head “I refuse to believe that both werewolves are in the center. There HAS to be at least one in play!”
“I’m slightly leaning towards Lily or Marlene. As James pointed out, they were quiet for a while” Mary says.
Since the others are on the right path, Marlene decides to throw in a curveball “To be fair, it could also be James. He doesn’t know what card he picked up.”
“That’s true” Remus replies, pointing at her in agreement
Betrayed, James cries “MOONY!”
“I’m not saying you are, I’m saying it’s a possibility.” He argues back “However one thing I am certain about is the fact that I don’t trust Lily”
“What? Why?” she asks
“Because you stayed silent until James questioned you and the first card to admit to having is a villager, the safest card in play.” Remus reasons “Also Peter and I were both villagers and we’ve been helping everyone try to piece this together, despite us not knowing anything either.”
Dorcas thinks over what the scarred boy just said before nodding “Also” she starts “you are the only person to actually say that you yourself are a villager. It might be me over-thinking but both Peter and Remus were revealed to be villagers by other people. It’s just a little suspect to me, that’s all.” She finishes, shrugging
“Calling it now” James says, putting his hand in the air and then pointing it at his girlfriend “Lily is a werewolf”
“I’m not!”
At this point Mary turns to Marlene to ask “You said that you’re the insomniac?”
“Yes. I woke up, even though as an insomniac it’s a miracle I even went to sleep, looked at my card and it hadn’t changed. Which makes sense since the troublemaker wasn’t in play and nobody else swapped with me.”
“I’m much more inclined to believe Marlene’s innocent but Lily is just too suspicious.” Peter speaks up “I’m saying Lily’s a werewolf” he decides
The announcer on the app interrupts to discussion to tell them “Only 30 seconds left”
Knowing this is his last chance at putting forward a theory, James quickly adds “Marlene waited till everyone else had claimed a card before saying she was the insomniac”
“TRUE!” his best friend shouts, clicking his finger and pointing it in James’ direction
Once again the announcer pops back in “Time is up everyone! 3, 2, 1 … VOTE!”
Remus grabs a notepad from the floor and opens it to a random page. He writes everyone’s names down the side, along with ‘the center’, making a tally chart for their votes.
“I’m voting for Lily and Marls” He claims before adding a line by both of their names. Then he signals to James to start the vote, going clockwise around the table. James states that his is in full agreement with Remus, who adds another mark by both of the girls names.
“Evans and Marley without a doubt!” Sirius also agrees
“Lily but I’m saying the other werewolf is in the middle” Peter votes. The redhead gets another tally mark and one is added to ‘the center’.
Mary thinks for a couple of seconds “Yeah, I’ll probably go same as Peter”
“Lily 100%!” Dorcas says, submitting her first vote “However I’m saying the other werewolf is James”
“Again?!”
The blond haired girl sat next to her laughs “With a reaction like that I reckon Dorcas might be on to something.” Marlene looks at her girlfriend and then at Remus before nodding “James and the middle”
“Marlene and James” Lily adds, concluding the voting session.
Remus looks down at his notebook and reads out the final scores “So that’s 6 votes for Lily, 4 for Marlene, 3 for a center card and 3 for James. So Lily, Marlene…”
They both sigh before turning their cards over to reveal the werewolves. James immediately chimes in “I fucking knew it!” Everyone else turns their cards over just to see who had what. “Ok next round!” James says as he gathers the cards up and shuffles them once more. Mary grabs the tablet from the middle and resets the app for the second round; meanwhile Remus places his notebook back on the floor until it’s needed. The cards are again dealt out, with the remaining 3 set in the middle.

“Ready?” Mary asks, getting various forms of agreement from her friends. She places the tablet back where it was and hits start. The announcer calls for the doppelganger but no one moves. The doppelganger is in the middle.
“Werewolves, wake up and look for other werewolves.” Peter opens his eyes and looks to see which of his friends is the other werewolf but sees that he’s alone. He then listens to the announcer about what to do now since he's the only one “If there is only one werewolf, you may look at a card from the center.” Peter does as instructed and looks at the dead center card. He sees it’s a villager. He then closes his eyes when instructed. The app calls out to the seer. Sirius opens eyes and looks at 2 of the center cards. He chooses to look at the 2 outside cards and sees the doppelganger and the 2nd werewolf. He too closes his eyes.
“Robber, wake up. You may exchange your card with another player’s card and then view your new card” Lily ‘wakes up’ this time and decides to swap her card with Mary’s. The announcer tells her to close her eyes and she does so.
“Troublemaker, wake up” Marlene swaps Remus and Mary’s cards around as instructed and closes her eyes. As the drunk this round, Remus swaps his card with the one of the left, not knowing that it is the other werewolf.
“Insomniac, wake up” Once again, everybody laughs. Mary looks at her card and sees it’s been swapped out for the drunk and nobody moves during the second call for the doppelganger. “Everyone, wake up!” calls the man’s voice. The discussion begins instantaneously.

“I’m jumping right in!” Sirius begins “As seer I can say that the werewolf is on their own as the other werewolf card is here” he then points to the card Remus swaps with. The scarred boy internally winces but shows nothing on his face.
“What other one did you look at?” Marlene questions
Pointing to the one on the right “This one is the doppelganger”
“Can I just say I’m the insomniac and I have definitely changed cards.” Mary states “I now have the drunk in front of me”
“Ok so that means the insomniac is in the middle since I was the drunk.” Remus adds
“That would be my fault. Robber at your service!” Lily giggles with a sarcastic bow “I swapped mine and Mary’s cards so I have the insomniac”
Peter raises one eyebrow in confusion “But wouldn’t that mean Mary would have the robber not the drunk?”
“The troublemaker’s in play, isn’t it?” sighs James
“Yes it is! Hello.” Marlene waves “I swapped Mary and Remus.”
Sirius puts his hands up in surrender mode “Whoa, whoa, whoa, information overload! Who has which card?! There were a lot of mentions of Remus and Mary in there and now I’m confused…”
Lily slows her speech considerably, as if she were talking to a child “I have the insomniac. Mary had the robber. Then Marlene had her go and switched Mary and Remus. So now Mary has…”
“The drunk” Remus chips in
Lily nods in thanks before asking him “So which one in the center is the robber?”
Remus lies and points to the one of the right that Sirius claims is the doppelganger, not giving the fact he swapped with the werewolf away.
“Meaning Remus is now the doppelganger.” Mary concludes
Remus shrugs “According to what Padfoot said anyway. That means the werewolf has got to be James, Peter or Dorcas. All the other cards have been accounted for.”
“This is gonna make me sound like I’m lying but I’m a villager” James quickly supplies
“You’re right it does” the blonde girl across from him laughs
“Makes sense though.” Lily says coming to her boyfriends defence “The only 4 cards left are the 3 villagers and the other werewolf.”
Sirius sighs “We’ve reached a stalemate then. Both Dorcas and Wormtail will say that they’re a villager too.”
“Unless James admitted first to get suspicion off of him” Marlene chimes in again, causing Lily, Peter and Sirius all ooh in unison
“I am 100%; hand on heart, telling the truth. I’m a villager” James argues
“Sounds like something a werewolf would say” Mary teases
Dorcas leans over the table to check the timer on the app “We have a minute left. How are we going to do this? Cause I can say I’m a villager till I’m blue in the face but you wouldn’t believe me since James and Peter could say the same to avoid being chosen.”
“I feel like we might just have to vote and hope for the best” Remus groans
Marlene gets an idea and starts at the boy in front of her “James”
“Yes?”
“Look me in the eye and tell me you’re a villager”
The messy haired boy looks her dead in the eye before answering “Swear down, I’m a villager”
“He’s telling the truth” the blonde exclaims
Peter looks between them curiously “How’d you know?” he queries
“Because ever since we were little, James Potter has never been able to look me in the eye and lie to me. He physically can’t do it. It’s how I found out he was the one who stole my Barbie back when we were 5.”
“That was not my fault! My action men were having an awards ceremony and my guy needed a date!” the boy in question defends himself.
This response causes Lily to start laughing her head off because of how childish her boyfriend sounds whilst Remus cries out “Can we move on?!”
Sirius shakes his head in amusement before addressing the other 2 suspects “Dorcas, Pete?”
“Well it’s like Dorcas said. You’re not gonna believe either of us even if we are telling the truth”
The app announces that the time for discussion is over. Remus once again goes to tally up the votes. “Ok. I’m saying the card in the center since we know that’s one for definite” He lies “and… Dorcas” he eventually decides
James absentmindedly nods before announcing the same “Center and Dorcas”
“Center but I’m saying Pete” Sirius adds, giving his vote
Peter agrees with the other marauders that the one in the center is definitely a werewolf but that obviously he’s going to choose Dorcas as the other one
“Middle one but I’m still convinced it’s James.” Mary voices her thoughts
“Center card but same as Peter” Dorcas states “I have to obviously choose him”
“The one in the middle that we know” Marlene starts. She then looks between Dorcas and Peter a couple of times before finally finishing her vote with “Sorry love… but Dorcas”
Lily ponders her vote for a few of seconds as she thinks of all the information gathered during the discussion. “The one in the center and for the 2nd I’m gonna say…Peter”
Remus clears his throat “Final votes are: The card in the center has 8, Peter has 3, Dorcas has 4 and James has 1. Dorcas” He looks up at her “you have been chosen as the second werewolf.”
Dorcas turns card over to show a villager and apologetically shrugs
“SHIT!” Sirius cries
Peter turns his over his own card with a smirk
“Well done Pete” Dorcas congratulates him
“The second one is this one right?” Lily ask Sirius as she points to the one he said
“Yep”
“Well the village still wins since we managed to kill at least 1 of the werewolves…” she turns the card over to see the robber “…or not?”
Sirius shouts “DOUBLE SHIT!”
Unable to keep his poker face up any longer Remus starts to laugh. He lifts his card up and shows his friends the other werewolf card “Whoops, guess I lied”
“You sly bastard!” James laughs
“Ok, final round for tonight?” Marlene asks after checking her watch.
“Sure” Sirius shrugs in agreement
Dorcas picks up the cards and starts to shuffle them. After jumbling the cards a few times she deals them out whilst Peter sets up the app. When everyone has looked at their cards James hits the start button and they all closed their eyes.

Lily wakes up when the doppelganger is called upon and looks at Remus’ card. In turn she becomes a werewolf. “Werewolves, wake up and look for other werewolves” the announcer says. Remus and James wake up and look at each other but notice Lily has also woken up. They look at her confused since there should only be 2 werewolves in play and she mouths the word ‘doppelganger’ at them. They all share a smirk and close their eyes when asked.
“Seer wake up” Marlene chooses to look at Peter’s card. Nobody moves when the robber is called and then Peter wakes up when the troublemaker is called. He decides to swap Sirius' card with Lily's. “Troublemaker, close your eyes. Drunk, wake up and exchange your card with a card from the center.” Dorcas opens her eyes and swaps out her card for the card on the right-hand side. She is now a villager.
Once again everyone laughs when the insomniac is told to wake up. Sirius looks at his card and sees he now has the doppelganger card in front of him. He closes his eyes as instructed. Everyone opens their eyes and the 5 minute timer starts the countdown

“Who wants to go first?” Dorcas starts
“Just to get it out of the way now” Mary chimes in “I’m a villager and I still am unless someone’s swapped it.”
Peter shakes his head “I’m the troublemaker but I swapped Lily and Sirius”
“So Sirius is the doppelganger” Lily states confidently
“Yes. I was the insomniac but as Pete just revealed, my card had indeed been changed. Lily is also telling the truth about her being the doppelganger as that is the card that I have now”
James looks at the redhead “Whose card did you look at Lils?”
“That’s staying secret for a little while longer Potter” she winks
“Fine, keep your secrets” her boyfriend flirts back
Marlene decides that now is the time to add her two cents “I’m the seer and I can confirm that Peter is the troublemaker”
Remus hops in and argues “Or you’re a liar and chose an easy way out…”
“What do you mean Rem?” Dorcas questions
“Marley heard Wormtail admit to what he was and decided to use that to try and convince you she was the seer.”
“I am the seer though! Remus you are acting very suspicious…” the blonde argues
“I’m confused”
“Me too Wormy” Sirius adds, patting him on the back
Remus sighs and tells them “I’m the seer but Marley here is trying to say she is”
“But I am!” She counters “Ya’know what, fine! If you’re the seer, which card or cards did you look at?!” she asks the boy challenging her
“I look at 2 of the middle cards but I’m taking the Lily route and keeping what I saw hush for the moment, in case someone else drops themselves in it” the scarred boy responds
Marlene shakes her head in disbelief before shouting “That’s just even more suspicious!”
“So the characters not accounted for are: both werewolves, the drunk, the robber and 2 villagers.” Sirius questions, trying to move the conversation on.
Happy for the subject change, Dorcas tells everyone that she was the drunk.This prompts James to ask her which card she swapped with and she points to it “It was this one... I have no idea what I am now though”
Remus pipes up “You’re a villager”
“How’d you know?” Mary asks
“It was one of the ones I looked at” he informs her
A bitter, disbelieving laugh comes from Marlene “You are such a liar!”
“Like I said earlier, I looked at 2 of the cards in the center. The one Dorcas switched with is a villager. The other I’m still not revealing” he argues
“Is it safe to assume the robber’s in the middle?” Peter pipes up
James shakes his head “I’m the robber but since I didn’t switch with anyone it doesn’t really matter”
Mary looks at him gone out “Why not?”
“Didn’t feel like it” he shrugs
“So we’re down to a werewolf and a villager” Lily says, refocusing the discussion
“No we’re down to both werewolves, a villager and the seer” Dorcas interjects as Remus and Marlene are still both trying to claim the Seer card.
“Hold up.” Sirius interrupts “I’m still thinking about what Prongs said.”
The boy in question looks at his best mate “What about it?”
“You expect me to believe you got the option to swap your card with someone else and you didn’t take it?!”
“Yes”
“But think of the chaos you could’ve caused!”
“The last time the robber got involved you got confused!” James laughs
“I’m saying James is a werewolf.” Sirius declares after a bout of silence “There is no way in hell you didn’t take the opportunity to swap with someone”
“He’s the robber” Lily calls out
“How’d you figure?”
“Cause I was the doppelganger remember?” She explains “I looked at Remus’ card, saw he was the seer so that gave me the opportunity to look at another card and I chose to look at James. He’s the robber”
Peter looks at her in shock “That’s 3 cards revealed in 1 go. I’m inclined to believe her”
“Well I guess I have to don’t I? I ended up with her card.” Sirius sighs
“Counter argument!” Marlene retaliates “Lily and Remus are the werewolves and this is the biggest bluff ever!”
Mary seems inclined to believe her friend before shaking her head “But Sirius can back up Lily’s claim about being the doppelganger since Peter switched them”
James faces to the boy next to him “Rem, you’re still holding that last middle card hostage”
He points to the middle card “That’s the 2nd werewolf. It’s why Marlene is on her own in trying to convince us”
“Why wouldn’t you say that first?!” Dorcas shouts
“I had a feeling that if I admitted to that being a werewolf right off the bat none of you would’ve believed me” Remus defends himself
“Fair enough.” Peter nods “So, shall we vote then?”
“NO! Remus and Lily are the werewolves! They’re lying to you. I am the seer and I looked at Peter’s card!” Marlene argues
“Hate to say it but the more worked up you get, the guiltier you’re starting to look…” James mumbles to himself under his breath
The app lets them know the discussion time is up and the voting has to begin. Picking up his book again, Remus tallies the votes. He adds his 2: one for Marlene and one for the middle card.
“Marley and the one in the middle” James votes
“Center card but I’m still saying James.” Sirius calls out “My mind will not stop questioning why you didn’t swap with anyone”
“That’s true. I’m with Sirius, the center card and James.” Peter agrees
Mary looks over to Lily and they share a nod over the table before giving her vote “I’m sticking with Lily. It’s Marlene and the one in the middle.”
“Curveball: Marlene and James” comes Dorcas’ vote
“LILY! AND! REMUS!” Marlene shouts, clapping after each word “This is the hill I will die on!”
“Marlene and the middle one” Lily says, in agreement with a few of the others
“Scores on the doors are: 6 for the card in the center, 5 for Marlene…” Remus reads
“Screw you all” the blonde interjects
Remus just laughs and continues “…3 for James and 1 each for myself and Lily. Based on voting the werewolves are the middle card and Marley”
Marlene flips her card over to reveal the seer “Suck my ass idiots!”
Peter turns the middle card over to see a villager “What? Then who was it?” he ask confused. James and Remus take that as their cue to show their cards. Smirks overtaking both of their faces.
“NO FUCKING WAY!” Dorcas shouts
Marlene, feeling vindicated, stands up and gleefully shrieks “I TOLD YOU! I FUCKING TOLD YOU REMUS WAS A WEREWOLF!”
Peter, once again confused asks “Wait, what was Lily then?”
“I was the doppelganger.” She replies “I looked at Remus’ card which in turn made me a werewolf. So when James and Remus opened their eyes during the night so did I. Even though I was given the doppelganger card, I became a werewolf. Also my story wasn’t technically a lie. I knew what James and Remus both were.”
“You, Lily Evans, are a crafty little shit” Sirius laughs
The redhead smiles “Thank you. I shall wear that title as a badge of honour!”
“So I was still right in a way?” Marlene asks after she sits back down.
“Yep”
She sighs “Hats off to you 3, well played” she congratulates, as she tips an invisible hat towards them.
“How did you know I was a villager Remus?” Dorcas ask after checking her card
“I didn’t.” the boy laughs in response “I just guessed based on what was left.”
Everyone laughs at his confession before James and Sirius turn to the camera to say goodbye. They announce that all their social media links are in the description and they thank the girls for joining them.
“Can’t think of anything else to add” Sirius chuckles “Pretty sure we covered everything”
James shakes his head in amusement as the others tidy up the game and push the table back towards the wall it was originally against. “I think so. Thanks again for watching everyone”
“GAME OVER” They both shout as the video fades to black.
