Kate should be able to grab her, pull her onto her feet, and tell the silly, nervous woman that of course she’ll marry her, this is the happiest day of her life, she’s never felt more loved. Yelena should be here to wipe away the tears that are streaming down Kate’s face right now, to wrap her arms around Kate, to meet Kate’s lips with her own.

    So, no. Hell no. This isn’t over.

    She doesn’t care where in the world Yelena is. Kate is going to find her girlfriend, and she is going to make her do this right.
