Anna remembers nothing from her past. All she knows is that she woke up in the forest with a young boy talking to her about wings, a place called the Celestial Realm and various names she didn’t recognize. When literal wings sprout from her spine, she realizes that she is more than what she thought herself to be—a special being fated to change the world.
Simeon has grown up since he was a young angel knowing that he’s awaiting his soulmate with pastel pink wings. When Anna appears, it’s love at first sight. But Michael feels threatened by millennia-old prophecies about Anna’s arrival and uses Raphael as his weapon of choice to stop her from acting on her fate. It’s up to Simeon to protect them both and stop the Second Great Celestial War from happening, while also preventing his own fall into Devildom.
